absolutely the worst service I've ever recieved.

absolutely the worst service I've ever recieved. my service advisor (Patrick I believe) literally told me my warranty doesn't cover a needed service, I immediately called the warranty provider they say they never received a call from my service advisor in the notes of my claim #, and the service was indeed covered. I should have left then! then I received a video explanation of services needed of a truck that wasn't mine. when departing my vehicle worsened as I was turning out of the center. was told issue will get better over time...certified bmw mechanic (who used to work at this place) told me that was a flat out lie. they basically robbed me, probably did the service on the wrong xxxx truck, and after trying to reach the service manager (Nicholas) for 2 days via email and voicemail, no one has called me back as of writing this. listen...DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR BMW SERVICED!!!!! scammy at the least. funny part is, they treated my wife (of another race) with white glove service. always called her back and followed up with her expeditously. not pulling that card but I find it awfully suspicious...especially considering the amount of money I paid. don't do it to yourself and stay away from this place!

The sale of anew car was all previously agreed for terms

The sale of anew car was all previously agreed for terms on a Thursday- it was arranged to pick up the car with a set appt time and an easy cash transaction. Yet we were at the dealer waiting an extended period of time to simply sign paperwork that took all of 5 minutes after waiting more than an hour.

First time shopping for a BMW.

First time shopping for a BMW. Visited several dealerships in the area. Played the negotiating game, etc. worked with Gino Lispi, my client adviser, who was friendly and knowledgeable. When it came time to buy they matched the quote that I got from a competing dealer, and actually gave me a slight upgrade for the same price. They are closer to me and I was planning on having the car serviced there anyway. I would say my experience was a positive one and I left feeling that I received a very good deal from them without having to go through long drawn out negotiations. I would recommend this dealership to potential buyers. They also seem to have a top notch service department. I had a minor issue two weeks after my purchase and their Service Manager, Nick, was quick to prioritize and resolve the issue for me in one day. As a first time BMW buyer I was very impressed with Main Line BMW.

The new car sales manager, our client advisor and our

The new car sales manager, our client advisor and our financial manager provided a very positive experience to purchase a new vehicle. They guided us through the process as professionals. They treated us with dignity and respect and made the car buying process a pleasure. Thank you to the staff who did a fine job preparing the car for delivery. I would highly recommend the dealership to my family and friends.

Both Sales managers are first class straight shooters.

Both Sales managers are first class straight shooters. Dominic was a efficient problem solver who can read situations and provide excellent solutions. We felt like he was on our side to get the most appropriate vehicle at the best available.

Not happy with the service recently.

Not happy with the service recently. Advised that a repeated flat tire was due to cold weather (and they brought the car out with the flat only to have to take it back and look at it again). More recently straightened two wheels but still w a wobble that they don’t consider “worthy” of fixing. Also brakes squeal loudly. Was told it’s “normal.” Foreman was supposed to call to explain and did not.
