The new car sales manager, our client advisor and our financial manager provided a very positive experience to purchase a new vehicle. They guided us through the process as professionals. They treated us with dignity and respect and made the car buying process a pleasure. Thank you to the staff who did a fine job preparing the car for delivery. Both Sales managers are first class straight shooters.

Both Sales managers are first class straight shooters. Dominic was a efficient problem solver who can read situations and provide excellent solutions. We felt like he was on our side to get the most appropriate vehicle at the best available.

Not happy with the service recently.

Not happy with the service recently. Advised that a repeated flat tire was due to cold weather (and they brought the car out with the flat only to have to take it back and look at it again). More recently straightened two wheels but still w a wobble that they don’t consider “worthy” of fixing. Also brakes squeal loudly. Was told it’s “normal.” Foreman was supposed to call to explain and did not.

Don't bother contacting this dealership if you’re trying

Don't bother contacting this dealership if you’re trying to purchase a car from out of state! I worked with Brandon Wilkerson a sales consultant at the dealership. I explained that I was calling from another state and would be paying cash to purchase a pre-owned 2021 Cadillac CT4 that they had in stock. Brandon was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions, was very responsive to calls/text and even sent a walk-around video that he took of the car. I made the decision to purchase the car for the online advertised price. That's when I was informed the dealership would not sell the car to me unless I drove to the dealership and signed all of the paperwork in person. I told Brandon that I spoke with two other dealers within the New Country Motor Car Group and was told by both that have sold numerous vehicles to customers out of state. I asked to speak with one of the managers and was transferred to Nick DeFelice. Nick said that he would check with the pre-owned manager and call me back first thing in the morning. Nick never reached back out to me. I would recommend not wasting your time with BMW Main Line if you a shopping from out of state.

I was not very happy with the clerk who took my

I was not very happy with the clerk who took my registration card and license. She was curt and dismissive. When I questioned the charge for emissions as I only had 2800 miles on a one year old car, she said she's been working there many years and I was not exempt. I asked to speak to someone else. Luke was helpful and explained things to me.

Amazing service!

Amazing service! From entering the pull in area, to being kept up to date with my car repairs and recommended services, to nice spot to wait, to the check out….with a car all repaired and washed! The scheduling of service is easy on their web site. The service advisors are pleasant and knowledgeable. All in all, this is my spot! Not going anywhere else!

The service department at BMW of the Main Line so far

The service department at BMW of the Main Line so far exceeds other BMW dealers. I came in with a minor issue, without an appointment. They fit me in, corrected the minor problem, no charge, then fit me in for a rear brake replacement so i didn't have to come back in a few weeks. Jonathan is a wonderful advisor.
