I took my car in because of a recall. The dealership never pressured me to do any other service; however, they did wash my car and perform a checklist to ensure the safety of my vehicle.

I have purchased at least 4 Acura's from this dealership. They are very interested in making the customer feel important and care for when they come in for any reason. It's not just about making a sale. The service staff are very friendly and up to date with the new Acura technology. I recoomend them to all my friends to purchase their vehicles there and to have their cars serviced there.

Sean Lee was a pleasure to work with. Buying a car can be a stressful ordeal at some dealerships, but Sean Lee made it smooth and painless. Easy to talk to and very friendly. Explained every part of the contract thoroughly. Showed me how to operate all of the cars features, and set up the Bluetooth. We were in and out quickly, and couldn't be happier. Service advisor Matt Storm took care of a minor problem with my 99 Acura CL. Professional and friendly. And no charge for correcting the problem either. Great service previously with servisor advisor Kyle Herron. I remember good service which is why I continually go back there. If I do decide to purchase an Acura in the future, I know exactly where to go!! Thanks again and keep up the great work.

This dealership truly cares for the customer and strives to provide service that meet the customers' needs so that they are a customer for life. I will be buying my next car here because of the service. Miguel made sure I was satisfied with my used car purchase by agreeing to fix almost all of the cosmetic issues I brought up. They fixed them all and even gave me some extras. Very satisfied with my car purchase here. Richard Neilson of the service department was very helpful in getting my car fixed and getting me a loaner car. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an Acura. I will not look anywhere else for an Acura.

If you want a good deal at an Acura dealer in SoCal you...
If you want a good deal at an Acura dealer in SoCal you have to contact Steve Shirk. Before I dealt with him I had been dealing with about 10 other dealers. All the other dealers were basically telling me the deal I wanted was ridiculous and impossible. Steve accepted my deal and that was it, car buying life changed. My deal wasn't impossible and I realized how strongly most dealers work at getting you to think there are these cut and dried "invoice prices" with no negotiating possible. If you want a great deal, go for it. You may never know if you are getting a great deal unless you talk to Steve. He's easy to deal with and very straightforward. Very highly recommended!

Poor service not once but twice!
I made an appointment for a warranty repair and they said as long as I show up on certain time they can have it done. After waiting for almost four hours I asked my service adviser (he saw me checking on the car but never updated me on the status of the repair) and he gave me two options: I could have a rental or just take my car (never been worked on) and come back on different days. I understand they were busy that day(Saturday) but he could at least tell me something while I sat in the waiting room for four hours. Here' the kicker: the same service adviser made me wait five hours before on a different occasion without telling me no work was done on my car and no apology was offered. I guess it's just my luck but if I come back to that dealer I would definitely avoid that guy.

Great Service
Bought a used Certified Pre-Owened 2011 RDX from this dealership. It's a great car and I got it at a fair price. And, they replaced the windshield free of charge a few days after I bought it when I noticed it was heavily pitted. I feel like they really care about their customer even after the sale.
