I WAS REFERRED TO STEVE BY A FORMER EMPLOYEE, WHO WORKS...

I WAS REFERRED TO STEVE BY A FORMER EMPLOYEE, WHO WORKS FOR HONDA NOW. I WAS LOOKING FOR A SPECIAL COLOR IN THE TSX THAT I SAW AT ANOTHER DEALER. STEVE STATED THE 2013 WAS NOT AVA. YET, BUT OFFERED A 2012 THAT WAS USED AS A SERVICE CAR. TONY SHOWED ME THE CAR AND I LIKED THE COLOR, ALTHO IT HAD 9,000+ MILES, I AM NOT SURE THE PRICE THAT WAS OFFERED WAS ABSOLUTELY FAIR. THE GUARANTEE AND SERVICE THAT WAS OFFERED WAS GREAT. WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP THE CAR TONY SHOWED ME HOW TO WORK EVERYTHING,BUT I DON'T REMEMBER EVERYTHING. I REFER TO THE BOOKLET. HE WAS VERY NICE AND PATIENT. WENERVER I DROP BY, STEVE COMES RIGHT OUT TO HELP ME. MY SON HAS AN ACURA, THAT BELONGED TO MY COUSIN. I WILL TELL HIM TO BRING HIS CAR IN FOR SERVICE AS HE WORKS NEARBY. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. MIOKO OKUDA

Brought in my car for scheduled maintenance. The service rep was professional, fixed my door rubber seals, and delivered the car 30 min before promised time. Another outstanding service experience from Tustin Acura! Glad to be one of their customers for the past 10 years.

We have been taking our 12 year old Acura to this dealer...

We have been taking our 12 year old Acura to this dealer for the past 10 years. Initially, we brought the car to them because of convience as we lived in Tustin but now we live 15 miles away in Mission Viejo. Over the years we have developed a trust in this dealer. They don't try to push you into work that is not needed and when a problem or recommended service item is discovered, they give an assessment of the urgency of having the repair or service done allowing the customer to make a more informed decision as to when to schedule the repair or service. DCH Tustin Acura is a company of integrity; something, it seems, you don't find too often these days.

The service department is there for just that; complete...

The service department is there for just that; complete service. The Techs are friendly and never try to sell anything. Also, they help eachother so the customer does not have to wait for an answer to a questions. The waiting room is inviting, comfortable and a quiet place to get work done. The car gets done when your told it will be done. Everyone involved in the process makes it as pleasant as they can. There is great communication between the service department and the customer, so there are no surprises. Also, there is great follow up after the car is returned to the customer if you have any questions even th e next day. Youwhoel serice history is quickly available on their data base. All in all it makes taking your car in and waiting to get your car back serviced and washed an efficient, professional and rewarding morning.

I have come to expect the same service every time I visit...

I have come to expect the same service every time I visit DCH - Tustin for routine maintenance of my Acura. That same service is what keeps me returning, as I bought my car at another dealership. The service that I refer to is always professional and interested in my concerns about my vehicle. Your employees have a way of making me feel special for the short time that I am in your facility. Kyle Herron lives and offered me that same type of attention on my recent visit. No one looks forward to spending money on their car, maintenance or otherwise, but somehow your dealership makes it a good experience. I also love the car wash and chocolate bar. I came to DCH Tustin Acura in 2005, right after...

I came to DCH Tustin Acura in 2005, right after purchasing my Acura TL, and have always had an excellent experience there. George Rodrigues and Kyle Herron take good care of me, and I feel like 'family' when I come in for my appointments. Knowing I am retired and on a budget, they try to find the best price for whatever service is necessary. George warned me a year in advance to start putting money aside for my timing belt to be replaced after 100,000 miles, which was very helpful. When something goes wrong with my car (which I love, by the way), I can always drop by for assistance. Because I have no way home, if my wait is going to be too long they provide me with a loaner car. I cannot say enough about the service department, and highly recommend it. I would never take my car anywhere else.

I always receive excellent service at DCH Tustin Acura. I bought my 2006 Acura TL at DCH Tustin Acura and have always had it serviced there. My most recent service was for a possible bad battery. They checked the battery and if there was an excessive load, but everything checked out A-OK. They even washed my TL without me requesting a free wash. I highly recommend this dealership.

I visited the dealer because of my MDX's recall. The...

I visited the dealer because of my MDX's recall. The advisor is very friendly and helpful. He suggested more services for safety driving after free performance of inspection checklist. However, he did not pressure me to do any of those services even the rear break of my vehicle is required immediate attention. The dealership also provided the exterior courtesy car wash and vacuum the front carpet.
