Absolutely stellar! We went there to look at one vehicle and never felt pushed to look at a different/not expensive car. We never felt pressured to buy. James was our salesman and even though he’s a little new, he definitely knew his stuff. He got us out test driving the car very quickly. He tried to help us to the best of his ability but since we were buying a dodge from a GM retailer, there wasn’t much they could do but was instead able to take off the amount the modification would have been. He was easy to make a deal with, answered all of our questions, and never once made us feel like we were being pushed to make a deal. We felt like we were getting a decent deal and they didn’t try to charge us for some outrageous fees or scams. The trade in for my vehicle we felt was fair for it’s condition. They quoted us just below what Kelley blue book and NADA estimated (which is understandable as they tend to be high). Tony, in the finance office, was also very easy to work with. We clicked right away. He gave us the some peace of mind on telling us which warranties were worth it or not and did an excellent job at explaining them and what items they’d cover. Overall, our experience here was absolutely stellar! 10/10 and I would 100% recommend these two gentlemen to anyone else!
Stress free, best dealership we have bought from.
We have FINALLY found OUR dealership! The entire process was a welcomed change, Thank You! We never felt pressured, stressed or had others expectations weighing in on our decision. Chevis was our salesman, he worked for us to get what we wanted at the price we needed, without his effort our new AT4 wouldn't have been a reality. Alicia in the business office was as down to earth and chill as you could ask for. She didn't pressure us at all, let alone hound and demand like my other experiences with final documentation process of vehicle buying. The GM, made time to get to know us and made sure our deal was enjoyable. All in all, in the future, we will drive hours to this dealership for the service, product knowledge, and professionalism.

Don't Be Tricked by Randy Curnow Chevy GMC
Randy Curnow Chevy GMC dealership uses unethical bait and switch tactics. I'm not local so everything was done over the phone and online. We agreed to a price on a new 2020 GMC 2500HD. They presented me a purchase order that we both agreed to. Then they wanted a $1000 deposit which I gave them with a credit card. I filled out a credit application and they ran my credit which came back with excellent. The finance manager Stephany called me and wanted me to use their GM financing which was 2 points higher than my bank and over $50 a month higher payment. She explained that this is how they make their money, and told me I could just refinance it in two years. She also offered me a nominal discount that didn't come close to covering the higher interest rate and monthly payment. I declined and told them I would just like to use my bank. Stephany then called me back and said since they couldn't make money off the financing they were just going to sell the truck to someone else. Don't let this happen to you.

Wanted to purchase a new truck and live 3.5 hours away (St. Louis) and the sales manager was not wanted to budge on anything. Manager was so rude that even after we agreed to a deal he made another comment and I decided not to purchase. I guess they don’t care, at least they don’t act like it.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had. I've bought many vehicles and have sat hours while waiting to purchase. Randy Curnow literally had me in and out in an hour and that's test driving a vehicle and them detailing it for me! I'll definitely do business with them again. And the people there dont make you feel pressured at all. Thanks for the great car guys!
Outstanding customer service!
Heidi went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved! I purchased a pre owned vehicle and the battery needed replacing within 90 days and she made sure it was resolved and I was happy. Totally had a great buying experience too working with John Sinovic.
