Marcos Flores found the perfect car for me! His knowledge, professionalism, and kindness are only a few of the many qualities he possesses. He made trading in my Porsche for an Alfa Romero a fun and smooth process. The dealership itself was stocked with the rare cars especially the one I was looking for. I got a new Maserati at The Collection.

I got a new Maserati at The Collection. Luis Damian Alonso and his coworkers at the dealership were very helpful and kind. It was a luxury experience and VIP treatment. I am grateful for the smooth process they gave me to get my new car!

I am currently leasing an Audi Q5 but my daughter decided

I am currently leasing an Audi Q5 but my daughter decided to lease one for herself, suddenly I was not present with her at the Collection dealership. I was back and forth to one salesperson to the quote because of the terrible increase and limited of vehicles. My daughter went today obviously super happy and getting the price that she was asking for. Unfortunately run her credit and everything and when was almos finalizing for her and they told her the services for her lease of 36 months were not including. My question is a scam this or what!! We were so disappointed , upset and frustrated. She was there for 3 almost 3 hours. Even asked her to paid a first payment for her lease one of the managers. What is going on The collection of Coral Gables are scammers. Super mad the way my daughter was treated like stupid, ignorant, embarrassed for the salesperson. Even got yelled because I was on speaker and I was able to hear everything. Not words to describe. I will never léase an Audi at Collection again

I purchased a vehicle through eBay without the

I purchased a vehicle through eBay without the opportunity to personally inspect the car. I asked for a detailed description of any cosmetic flaws, dents, dings, scratches etc. and was told that there was nothing "significant". I told the dealer that I didn't expect a 20 year old car to be perfect, but didn't want to be surprised by anything when I took delivery. I was told there was nothing and that everything worked as designed. He even made a video to show all functions working with no warning lights. When I received the car, I found an 8" scrape that had been touched up on the right front fender / door. The third brake light on the trunk was cracked, and the volume control on the radio does not function. Nothing major, but all things that should have, or could have been noticed and disclosed. Overall the experience was a good one, and I am pleased with the car. But I likely would hav e negotiated a slightly lower price if all defects had been disclosed. Always inspect the vehicle personally or hire an independent inspection service.
