The guys over there at Rizza are a class act. From following up on an inquiry, walk thru the doors, service department, sales, finance department all top flight customer service! Went in for a service call with the wife and left with a new car, that tells you everything you need to know!! Thanks Rizza team!!!

Not a Good experience at all the Car wasn’t prepared

Not a Good experience at all the Car wasn’t prepared Right and the Low Voltage Battery Had to be Replaced. The app to do everything remotely is always not working. Acura / Honda Customer Service is Horrendous and the Dealership is no help whatsoever. Sold the car to me and no help. Then one of their salespeople Jay gave out all my personal information to the person who bought my trade-in. This Acura ZDX is the worst Vehicle I ever purchased its so bad that I'm considered payoff lease

My husband and I just had one of the best online car

My husband and I just had one of the best online car buying experiences ever! Liz & Ramy at Joe Rizza Acura are truly amazing! They made the process as simple as could be & went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and help us with whatever was needed, especially considering that they are in IL & we are in NC, and even after delivery of the vehicle, they are still willing to answer questions & help us. They didn't ask for this review but it is so incredibly well-deserved that I had to do it & I highly recommend reaching out to them if you're in the market!

Price on CarGuru was misrepresented.

Price on CarGuru was misrepresented. Dealer added bogus “safety inspection“ charge added over $1000 to advertised price. Otherwise friendly and reasonable accommodation for inspection and test drive.

I just bought an Acura Precision Certified 2023 MDX

I just bought an Acura Precision Certified 2023 MDX Advance from Joe Rizza Acura. The entire experience was absolutely phenomenal right from the start. I'm from out of state and called to check on the condition of the car. I had spoke with both Liz and Ramy and they shared facetime videos of the car, inside and out and assured me the car would look pristine. I made an appointment for me to make the over 7 hour round car trip to see the vehicle. The car was as promised! Pat the General Manager was a pleasure to work with! Robert was great at helping me dial in all of the tech features. Everything went very smooth and I couldn't have been happier. Highly recommend Joe Rizza Acura for anyone looking for a no-nonsense auto dealer who respects their customers.
