Salesman very professional and polite.

Salesman very professional and polite. He answer all of my questions. He made my car buying very easy. At the end of the deal he walked me through different options my vehicle came with. Again salesman was very professional

I came to Ken Grody Ford for a 2025 Ford Raptor and left with a truck I?m proud of?and an experience worth talking about. Dylan in sales went above and beyond. He wasn?t pushy, he wasn?t just trying to ?close a deal??he actually listened. That made all the difference. From the test drive to delivery, Dylan made the entire process smooth, professional, and efficient. they were all very nice. we went to buy a specific car. they did not try to upsell us. they did not look down upon us. they didn?t say or you can afford more than this

Even though Ken Gordy is not the closest Ford dealer to

Even though Ken Gordy is not the closest Ford dealer to my house, it?s the best! After being to 2 others, I will not go any other place except here. They are quick, thorough, clean, great customer service and honest. Service Rep Mario is the absolute best. He?s one of the reasons I will continue to come back. I found Ken Grody a couple years ago on a Saturday when I needed a new battery replaced and nobody else could help that I called. I called, Mario was the rep and I have been going there for my service and anything needed since.

I purchased my Escape back in 2021. I stayed with Ken Grody because of their customer service.

The only thing I would say is since my Bronco was a demo

The only thing I would say is since my Bronco was a demo and I?m the only owner, it came with old French fries under the seat as well as a bag of old Red Vines in the center console. I reached out right away so Ford would do better when they wash the vehicle for other customers. They also apologized and offered me another car wash, however my time is very limited and am not able to go back the Ked Grody Ford for that anytime soon. It?s very appreciated though.

Terrible experience, bought a vehicle barely 6 weeks ago

Terrible experience, bought a vehicle barely 6 weeks ago and it has been in the shop 3 different times. The same night it was bought, I found out the HVAC system didn’t work. It was a Saturday and was told to bring it in first thing Monday morning to take care of me. They offered me to switch to a new vehicle if they couldn’t fix it. Missed work to bring it in so they can tell me that day they didn’t have a chance to look at it. Next day, they called me and said it was fixed, just needed Freon. I bring the truck home and 2 weeks later it’s back in the shop again, this time they said they found a leak and it was good to go. 2 weeks later it’s back in the shop and they tell me they can’t find what’s wrong with the vehicle. Now im trying to call them to see if they can just swap me to a like for like vehicle since they sold it to me this way and its barely 6 weeks old! They are now avoiding my calls and messages. Beyond FRUSTRATED!!
