My overall experience was great. Mel was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Sandra as well. I don’t know if it was luck of the draw, or if all KG staff provide such exemplary service. Either way, they turned a task that I absolutely hate (car buying) into a pleasurable and memorable experience. Two good people who are great at their jobs.

Had a great salesperson, was helpful in many ways. Had a knowledge second salesperson also.

Even though Ken Gordy is not the closest Ford dealer to my house, it’s the best! After being to 2 others, I will not go any other place except here. They are quick, thorough, clean, great customer service and honest. Service Rep Mario is the absolute best. He’s one of the reasons I will continue to come back. I found Ken Grody a couple years ago on a Saturday when I needed a new battery replaced and nobody else could help that I called. I called, Mario was the rep and I have been going there for my service and anything needed since.

I dealt with Austin Snowden, who was very knowledgeable of the vehicle that I was ordering, very courteous, shut down with me on ordering it up to make sure that I had the right now. Options, and he is going on past. I'm getting just helping me. Get the vehicle by helping me. Make sure all the other things that I would like to get done on it.
