From the moment I walked in for my appointment, I was met with exceptional service. Amber Nguyen was a top-tier salesperson! knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making my car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to coordinate my test drive, kept me updated while the vehicle was in reconditioning, and had everything perfectly ready for the big day—even surprising me with a bow on the Jeep at pickup! A huge shoutout as well to Keone Carreira, the finance manager, for being completely transparent throughout the process. He worked diligently to find the best deal possible and made sure everything was clearly explained with no pressure—just honest, expert guidance. Hands down, this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for great service and people who truly care!

I went into Findlay Honda Henderson for an oil change

I went into Findlay Honda Henderson for an oil change and tire rotation. Normal cost is 89.95, but I had a coupon for 15.00 off. I usually try to watch the service team while they do the work to my car due to past experiences. I noticed the service tech didn't rotate my tires. When I was notified, my car was ready I wanted to see what the service advisor was going to charge. He actually tried to charge for both services before I asked him was my tires rotated. Excuse given was they were good meaning didn't need a tire rotation. Now my tires are 6 months old so that is hard to believe. I asked why would you charge me the full price knowing that the tire rotation was never done. After some back and forth I got a discount on the oil change, and I can come back anytime to get the tires rotated. The service manager watched but never once jumped in to rectify the situation which tells me he is involved in the deceiving practice at the Findlay Honda Henderson service express for oil changes.
