Antonio is Excellent!

Antonio is Excellent! My battery died, and it worked out that I was able to get it fixed same day, which was a real lifesaver! I have been working with Antonio for years, I trust him, he is an excellent communicator, and always helps me get what I need. While I was there, I was even able to schedule a future maintenance appointment that I needed. He is a great leader who sets the standard of customer service quality for the whole team. Thank you Honda Henderson for making me feel like a valued Honda owner, and thank you Antonio for doing your job like a boss!

Their service is good. I came for routine maintenance. I'm happy that someone came up to greet us in express service (name:Antonio). I was greatly impressed with the quick routine checkup, thanks to the maintenance service team. Keep up the great work.

Needed the oil change fast, was ready to live town on a long trip. The oil counter clicked over to 15% from 30%, did nit want to drive it 400 miles one way. Swung by Findlay Honda early am was third in line. Honda consultant, Cole greeted me and checked in my Honda Pilot, I told him I was in a hurry heading out of town! My oil change was done quickly, parked my car right the entrance to the Express Service. I was on the road quickly. I appreciate Findlay Honda’s consultants and technicians they know their job and the requirements of their customers! Cole was professional and courteous, that counts! Five Star service! Recommend Findlay Honda for maintenance and express service!

Went in for routine maintenance, all I needed was an oil

Went in for routine maintenance, all I needed was an oil change and tire rotation! Low mileage and no known issues except the maintenance light was on. Made a morning appointment and I was on time. My advisor was Anthony Carmona who didn’t really introduce himself in the beginning and I didn’t know his name till end. He just basically confirmed appointment asked what I wanted done and he immediately gave me Honda recommendations. He said he would call me when it was ready. No probing questions like if I was going to wait or needed transportation. But, he did specifically say it would be done in an hour and half so that’s why I agreed which was a mistake. The time goes by and no update. All the people who arrived before and after me leave. No follow up, I did see him walking floor talking to other customers and go to service area and standing around. I go to desk at noon and ask about my car and they have to call Anthony. He says its going to be another hour and a half. At this point, I’m unhappy and upset but only explanation is they are very busy and can offer transportation and discount. So another 2 hours pass and still nothing. Even the other advisors already there see me sitting in waiting area and tell Anthony to just go get my car. They were actually more helpful than he was. Go back to desk and finally, they pull up my car to the front so I can leave and by now it’s already 2pm. The delivery time was in no way reasonable, no multipoint inspection was explained, nor were services rendered agreed upon. Trust is broken and would not return. It’s a shame as I bought my car there and got great service before, but this experience of dishonesty and mediocre service for routine maintenance is absolutely unacceptable. Makes me question whether their other services are legit if the basics aren’t covered. I don’t recommend going there anymore. Dishonesty and failure to communicate and provide customer service are the reasons for this review. Please improve if you want to keep customers.

Very disappointing.

Very disappointing. The vechicle was advertised as being available. The car was actually in the service bay with an issue with one of the front wheels. The agent wanted to sit down and chat however i asked to see the vechicle first and only then they was advised of the issue with the car. The sales rep could have advised me when we were on the phone as well as the person assigned to assist when i arrived. Actually had to drag the info out of them by insisting on seeing the vechicle of interest while sales attempted to deflect and show another similar vechicle. Took the test drive in the other vechicle which i was not really interested in and that went ok. Had a short discussion after the test drive when discussing price and i mentioned some info that i had researched. The remark "do you always believe everything on the internet" was sarcastic and rude the way it was presented. Some of the info discussed was from the dealers own web page. Was very open and transparent with the conversation to include pre meeting communication and during the meeting. The sales reps tone was rude and dissmissive as if he was doing me a favor. It just came accross as a hussle with poor customer service skills. A few minutes later we had enough and thanked him for his time. He rejected my wifes handshake and recluently accepted mine with hesitation. I think he was very unprofessional. Would NOT recommend this rep interacting with any customers. Found him to be very insincere. Had hoped for better. Thank you.

Atrocious operation.

Atrocious operation. Tried to scam us for a service that should be covered by warranty. If we had not reacted strongly, we would have been charged $6000. They still essentially stole $400 from us. They constantly email and text customers to bring their vehicles only to be scammed. Stay away. We will never go back!

I had a battery that completely died and needed to be

I had a battery that completely died and needed to be replaced. Kacey from the Henderson Honda Service Department said to bring down whenever I could. I got there at 3:30 PM and Service writer, Jeremy Santos helped me. Jeremy and Kacey were great! I was in and out within an hour. I had a very busy Saturday and they worked with me 100%. Thank you!
