Service on F-150

Sam did a very good job in explaining to me what needed to be done on my vehicle. Although I had to come back on two separate occasions to get the vehicle repaired, I am pleased the service department took the extra time .

Quick Lane

2010 Transit Connect Wagon. Quick Lane service. I have always found the Quick Lane staff to be courteous and knowledgeable. Over the years that I have owned my vehicle, with very few exceptions, the service has been efficient and excellently priced.

New Explorer Purchase

I purchased a "NEW" 2016 Ford Explorer. For the most part I had a really good experience with the sales and finance team at Crossroads Ford. My "NEW" vehicle came a with a stain on Passenger seat and I am waiting for feedback from the dealership on a resolution. The staff was very helpful with explaining the entire process during the purchase.

Worth the drive...

Came in Saturday morning to quick lane for a planned maintenance, tune-up etc. Staff was professional, helpful, and kind. Very timely service, less than expected.

Great service and friendly knowledgeable staff

I have a 2014 F150 Ford Lariat 4X4 and love it! I took it in for it's 5,000 mile service and was very satisfied with the staff and the thorough service job that I received.
