Great Service

I bought my 2005 Ford Sports trac from Cross Roads . You include free service for up to 25k. I always did basic service myself but it was easier to let your service dept do it. That was 145k miles ago. Totaly satisfied.

Service

Jeff Clark was great to work with! Although my car took a little longer than estimated to finish, he provided me with a loaner, and the mechanic stayed late to finish. They even retrieved my son's baseball gear from the car for his game!

Great place to buy a car and have it services too!

I am always pleased with the service that I have received from Crossroads Ford. I had to get the oil changed on my 2013 Ford Escape. The personnel there are always pleasant and courteous. The service was quick even though there were several others getting their vehicles serviced too. It is because of the experiences for service and the original experience when we purchased the Escape that led us to purchase a 2016 Mustang GT. Ford is the only company I will buy a car from. Their products are excellent, the sales experience at Crossroads is great and the service you receive after the sale is excellent.

Chris was my sales person and he did a great job of helping me, no pressure, no fast talk, just honest the way it should be. He helped me lease the car I wanted. The staff is excellent, everyone knew what to do and got me on my way in my new car. Thanks for all your great work!

I did not purchase and automobile; rather, I had my 21013 Escape serviced. The service has always been good. The service managers are knowledgeable and efficient and always helpful. As to my 2013 Escape, I am completely happy. It is an excellent vehicle.
