100k service

Jeff, service advisor, was very accommodating, upfront, and honest with me regarding the 100k service quote. I appreciate the process and quote. However, after a quick price check I elected to only have certain things done at Ford. If pricing was more competitive (aka lower) for brakes, coolant flush, power steering flush, & tune up you would've earned my business for that as well.

My Brand New Ford Fusion

Ramesh, Greg and Mr. Wooten were a joy to work with. Even though I spent most of the day in the showroom I enjoyed haggling with all three of them on the purchase of my brand new 2016 Ford Fusion. I have actually already referred my stepson to crossroads who bought a 2013 f-150.

Mustang

I wouldn't take my beautiful red mustang to be serviced anywhere else. I get good service in a timely manner with a good attitude from people who obviously know what they're doing. I may have entrusted my cavalier to those amateurs at Jiffy Lube, but I'm a Ford man now.

Great buying process

I purchased a 2015 Electric Focus. The process was great, including my salesperson's in-depth knowledge of the electric vehicles. I appreciate the "electrification" of the dealership.

Great service!

We were very happy with the recent service we received at Ford regarding our Ford Flex. Crossroads Ford fixed a pre-existing problem we had during the initial 36,000 mile warranty that popped up again at 37,000 miles. Apparently, there was a TSB on the glue used on the ceiling. We have always bought Fords, we have owned a Ford Mustang, Ford Expedition, Ford Escape, Ford Freestyle and the Flex. We have a 15 year old daughter and are thinking of buying a Ford for her. Thanks Crossroads Ford for the excellent service. This is what keeps us buying Fords.

Quick Lane efficient but timely

Quicklane oil change was good. Wait time was extremely long (~2 hours) but was busy.
