What a buying experience

I saw an Internet add for a 2016 Ford Escape with a rather large discount on it. I called and Mike Brinkman answered (very politely I might add) and he said that the vehicle was still available. I made arrangements for him to meet my wife and myself at 7:30 pm because I work 75 miles away from the dealership. The entire buying experience went quickly, smoothly and we were treated with the utmost respect even though this was our first ever visit to Crossroads Ford Cary. If ever I buy another vehicle I will start at your dealership instead of ending up there.

My escape

The purchase of an Escape was the first Ford purchase of my driving history (More than 40 years). I am enjoying my car and love its hauling capability. The navigation system was a must have and I am using it whenever I go somewhere out of my usual routes. The dealership has been very helpful as I learn to use the many features and the Quick Service option was great.
