Buying at Crossroads Ford, Cary NC

Lando Davis was our salesperson. He's excellent!! His personality is engaging and trustworthy. He was knowledgeable about the different models we were considering, the Explorer, Edge and Escape. In the end we settled on the Edge and Lando made the process smooth and pleasant. There was a bit of a challenge getting us the zero percent financing because of my credit. Lando did his best to keep us informed, the process took a week. I would recommend you provide a little more and clearer communication in those situations. William, in finance was great on Monday night and when the deal was finalized the following Monday Neal was helpful explaining the challenges. It would have been better to get some of that info during the week while we waited. Still, Lando is/was one of the best salespeople I've worked with ever - and I've been in sales for 20 plus years - so He and the Edge made waiting worth it!

Great Sales Team

I was looking at several other trucks and not really considering the F-150. Stopped at Crossroads just to look. The F-150 XLT Super Crew was just perfect for my needs. I am really enjoying the truck and the people were a delight to trade with. Thanks

Great work on a holiday weekend

Saturday morning on Labor Day weekend we discovered my daughter's 2007 Mustang was having a brake problem. I was concerned that the service department might be too busy but they assured me they would have time and would be able to test the brakes. They were courteous and professional. They set my expectations since there was a bit of a wait and once they got it into the bay, reported back to me and did the repairs. I am extremely pleased with the staff and the repairs. I could tell there were a lot of expectations from some customers who, understandably, just wanted to get back to their holiday weekend. Your people did a great job of handling customer anxieties and the steady in and out of other people told me that your service people were efficient and working hard. I wish all my service experiences could be as painless. Great work!

I leased a 2015 Focus. Each individual I dealt with was very helpful, but the process as a whole was too cumbersome. I came in knowing what I wanted and was not redirected (that's good) but it still took over 3 hours to get it all done!

Oil Change in less then an hour.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I came in at lunch and was out in less then an hour. I was also surprised to see my first oil change was free since I purchased the truck from you. Thanks.

Laid back, extremely smooth service

The service was incredibly fast and thorough. Our salesman, Casey Marlak, was very laid back and didn't pressure us. I told him I wanted a 2016 Ford Escape and he helped me find the exact one I wanted with all of the features I desired. I've been leasing cars since I was 16 years old and first got my drivers license. I've probably been to at least 5 different Ford dealers now. My experience at Crossroads Ford, Cary, NC was sincerely the easiest, smoothest, and most enjoyable time I've had leasing a car from Ford.

clean facility

I booked the appointment for a certain time since i didn't want to wait too long. The oil change took over two hours? I always go to Ford for both our vehicles i dint have to wait this long.

Great Services and very clean facilities.

I purchased a preowned 2014 Nissan Edge Sport. The staff was helpful in my needs. I was a little unhappy because you all couldn't find or provide a spare key.
