Great service, beautiful showroom
I brought a 2016 Ford Fusion SE. My experience at Crossroads Ford was spectacular. Everyone one working there was helpful, courteous and knowledegable. I brought my grandkids with me and there was so much for them to. From the Green Machine, The Playroom and the snacks, drinks and flat screen tvs, they were taken care of while i could complete my car buying experience. The salesman that helped me was GREAT! I will be forever thankful for CROSSROADS FORD.

Salesman was Great
Overall good experience, will have to take car back to get it fully detailed as it was late when we picked it up and it needed to have a better job done of getting the glue and debris off after having it delivered from another dealership. there are also a couple of blemished spots on the rear spoiler that need to be buffed out (hopefully that will take them out). Salesman was great and done his best to have the car ready for us, the problem seemed to be with the detail team. The young man that came out on the showroom to fix some of the areas done a very good job given the time he had.

Wonderful experience
I purchased 2015 Ford Focus last week. I test drove two cars,but this car just felt right for me. I was in your dealership twice (2wks apart) The first trip my salesman was Charlie Ross, he was not pushy and trying to rush me and this was a big dealing part for me. I got his card and promised to see him when I was ready to buy. I arranged a certain day and time to come back to the dealership to again talk to Charlie. He already knew exactly the car I was interested in and had it ready for me to check once again. He was very knowledgable in showing me the various buttons etc. on the car,explained each one and answered questions for me. He never once tried to rush me into making a quick decision. This, coupled with the respect and kindness he showed me was a huge dealing point for me with your dealership. I have three ford dealerships closer to me,but chose to buy there because of the kindness and respect I was shown by everyone including Terry Wooten who did my final paperwork.
