These guys are good!

I'm not sure how many vehicles I've bought from crossroads, but dealing with them is like dealing with an old friend . They listen to what you need, offer there expert opinion on the best route to take and give you a straight deal. It was as easy as going out to dinner at the "Outback" with a buddy. That Dan Stewart is a keeper. Greg Treadway and Josh Tolles didn't let me lift a finger , those guys are the best!

Great service very helpful

I had a great experience having my fusion serviced. Matt was great and very helpful. I had some bad work done to my car at another place and you all were excellent at correcting the problem. Matt is very professional and helped with the whole process.

Awesome Car!!

My wife and I just leased a new 2016 Ford Explorer and we were very pleased with the sales staff at crossroads ford in Cary. Our favorite part of our experience was the indoor showroom!

Convenient Thoughtful Service

My car was in for a major service. The staff reviewed whether routine service was due soon, and I used the shuttle service to get to and from work. They picked me up when the car was done rather than at the end of the work day. Very convenient.

Excellent Customer Service and Great Value

Regular Oil Change done and as always, the staff were courteous and efficiently got me in and out. The staff truly understand how to provide excellent customer service.

Pleasant car buying experience
