Helpful and courteous when working on my 2010 f150 as well as my 2002 . Very attentive to detail. Very happy

Friendly staff, long process

Our experience with buying a car with Crossroads was good for the most part. Everyone was very nice throughout the process. However, when we were about to close a deal on a car, our sales guy came and told us that someone had just bought that car. It was very frustrating as we had already been there for a good three hours. Our sales associate did get a car transferred from another Crossroads that matched our needs. The process took an entire day, and when we finally got the car, it felt pretty rushed to get papers signed. Our car also had A/C issues from the start, so we hope to still get that fixed when someone can figure out what's wrong. Our 2015 Ford Focus will hopefully be a great car. Since it spent a great deal of time (2 weeks) in the shop after we purchased it because of the A/C issue, we still haven't gotten a total feel for the vehicle. Again, the people were very friendly, the process was long, the closing was rushed, but we hope that in the end we will be happy and grateful that we bought our Focus at Crossroads.

Very good service!

Service was very good! Still waiting to hear about the seatbelt buckle that gets crushed when the seat is folded down.

Didn't need an appointment. Oil changed in minutes

We called at the last minute for an oil service. We were pleasantly surprised to hear we didn't need an appointment. We took the car in the next day and in minutes we were on our way. Great service!
