Excellent service

With all the good cars on the market available to purchase. I chose a Ford Taurus just so I can bring it to Crossroads Cary for service. Everyone is very helpful, concerned and polite.

New tires and alignment

My service was great! From them checking competing prices for my tires to the recommendation of which tires to choose. Friendly people who are honest about the work that needs to be done and always checking before doing any work. I have never been disappointed or unhappy and feel that I am treated fairly.

Ford Fusion 2015. Service was great and we liked the fact the service department was on time and we did not have to wait very long. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Great professional service

We purchased a 2015 Edge. We have been driving a 2008 Edge for the past 170,000 miles. We are hoping to get the same service from this one. The salesman was very helpful and answered all of our questions. we came to the dealership to buy a car. It was nice to be treated well and with the understanding that we were ready to buy. I must say that other dealerships have lost the opportunity to deal with us in the past because they did not recognize that we were ready to buy.
