I'm Loving My Focus!!

2015 Focus Titanim. Our sales person, David Vincent was awesome. He met me in the showroom and had a few focus' ready to show me. He knew my budget and did all he could to keep it in line. The manager was a great friendly guy! Walked around and greeted everyone. David explained the car from top to bottom for me. I love it.

Great Service Thank you

I called and was given an appointment the next working day. Once I got there I was told they would be done in an hour and a half. They called exactly on time. I also got an early morning appointment as I requested and it was convenient for work. They are polite and professional. Thank you

Great staff

Our family recently purchased a 2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trac from your location in Cary, N.C. We wanted to take the time to share with you what a positive experience the process of purchasing the truck turned out to be. This was directly due to the respect, politeness, knowledge, and low pressure manner displayed by your staff there. We were greeted and informed about the vehicle we were interested in by Mark. Mark was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and honest about the truck's positive and potentially negative features (of which there were very few). The truck was for my 15 year old son who immediately loved the Explorer. After a test drive, we were invited to come inside and talk. After initial discussions, it appeared highly unlikely that we were going to be able to make a deal. At no point did we feel any pressure or discomfort. We were up front and honest with each other. Eventually Syed joined our group and we continued open and honest discussions about the truck. Once he discovered that my son was heavily involved in the decision, he treated him with respect and included him in the conversation. We were given time to discuss the situation and we decided that we could not move from our price, but we did allow our son to continue to negotiate with the understanding that he would be responsible for paying the difference. Syed and my son closed the deal with a handshake, only after he reminded my son to look people in the eye when negotiating with them, which we appreciated. The paperwork was done by Jared, who we found to be a personable, high quality individual. He shared with us some of the reasons he chooses to work at Cross Roads, which were largely due to the quality of the people he worked with and the ethical philosophy that persists in the organization. As people of faith, it became obvious to us that your company practices strong Christian principles. It was quite refreshing to deal with folks like Mark, Syed, and Jared. I can assure you they made a positive impression and are fine representatives for your company. My son is delighted with his purchase and we found the process that we were expecting to be difficult to instead be refreshing and encouraging. May God continue to bless your company and your staff.

2012 hennesy taurus sho #35

i have my 2012 hennesy sho #35 serviced regularly at quick lane. they know my car and i appreciate it. when i have my oil changed they know the grade i use. with a low profile wheel i REQUIRE the alignment, sub frame, and suspension keep me pulling G's and the quick lane crew makes that happen. result: fun drive-happy customer-return for superior, professional, performance....every time

Keeping my 99 windstar roadworthy!

I was greeted professionally, and shown to a very helpful service adviser. He provided me with a diagnosis of the problem & estimate of the cost and time to perform the repairs. Both time & costs were as he described and my vehicle & I were happily reunited.

Most enjoyable experience

On my first trip while I was browsing and narrowing my decision down to which model I was most interested in there were plenty of people on the sales floor, but I wasn't stalked or harassed but politely asked if I was being helped. When they could see that I was waiting while the salesman went to get the information I needed or the key for the vehicle I wanted to test drive I wasn't ignored but politely greeted and offered refreshments by the other sales people. On the second trip I brought my spouse in so he could test drive the vehicle and as I hadn't forewarned the salesman that we were coming in that day we weren't left hanging while we waited for him to get in but were assisted by another salesman until he got there, a seamless team effort. The salesmen weren't pushy but helpful and the sales person that we signed the paperwork was polite and helpful not pushy and condescending, willing to explain and repeat himself to ensure that we understood. It was an overall pleasant experience.
