Clean facility

I call to make sure there isn't a long queue before me since I have 2 small children who are not patient enough to sit for 1 hour. For the "works" oil change and filter with a few check up, we got out after 70 min. Close enough.

Service Review

2012 Ford Fusion has been very satisfactory and your service has been very good. I really haven't had any problems with my vehicle, and have done routine oil changes. Just replaced tires with an alignment at 40,000 miles and had power steering software replaced as part of a recall. Love the car!

Great buying experience.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Escape. The salesperson was very helpful and spent a lot of time asking about the specifics for the type of vehicle I was interested in. He was very thorough in showing me different vehicles in the price range I was looking for. He took a lot of time to show me the vehicle features in the Escape that I purchased.

Good Dealership

Ford F-150 XLT. Staff was very helpful. My rep was a bit green but he did ok. Finance rep needs to ask first whether the customer even is contemplating the extended warrantee. We did not need it but had to sit through 25 min. of explanation just to say NO. Otherwise, very well taken care of by the dealership.

Excellent car buying experience.

We purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer Limited. My daughter and I had been in a serious accident the week before that ended up with my van being a total loss. The staff were extremely helpful as I was working out of state. The majority of the purchase was completed via phone.
