Excellent service

It's very convenient to leave work in the evening and have your oil changed along with a multi point inspection in less than 45 minutes.

OIL CHANGE

Then only comment I would have is that I was told at least 4 oil changes ago that I would be needing new brakes shortly but each time I have been in of late they always tell me the brakes are still OK.

Great Services, Very Professional, Upset with Ford

Your dealership was very professional and knowledgeable. The service was quick and concise. My only issue was with Ford. I was upset Ford wouldn't help with my repair for a part that has broke twice within 2 years.

Excellent Customer Service

Every time I visit the Service Department, I have the good feeling that the personel who greet me and those who address my needs for service, truly want to help make the experience easy for me. Terrific Experience from start to finish

We were greeted within minutes of arriving by Lando Davis, one of your newest team members at that time. He was so courteous, helpful and attentive. He offered us refreshments and worked diligently with your team to help put us in this vehicle. The doors were opened for us. It was one of the very hot days and we were so pleasantly surprised that this dealership has an indoor showroom! WoW is the only way to appreciate that. We got to test drive the EDGE, worked out a great deal from start to finish. The financing team was great also. We don't have any complaints other than,the car wasn't free! :-) Thank you and we have already shared our great experience with folks in our path. We hope to change over the servicing of our other Ford vehicle to your location and trust that this will also be a positive interaction.

Service was great. but Ford quality is dismal.

Your service has been fine, but I will NEVER buy another Ford again. My experiences with Ford quality has been dismal and I have had my LAST Ford ever! I am not talking about the Honda that you did work on recently, but about all three of our Ford Explorers.

Satisfactory

Sam was very helpful. But the complaint is still not resolved for want a spare part. I am still waiting to hear from him.

Great service

Hernan and the rest of the team at the quick lube took care of me with outstanding service. As they always do. I have 1 Taurus, 2 Escapes, 1 Expedition, and 1 F250 that I regularly take to them.
