I love my new Ford C Max. I have christened her Maxine. She is my forever car. I highly recommend the C Max to everyone. Crossroads Ford had an amazing selection and I did not have to wait to find the one I wanted. Mark Rooyakkers was very very knowledgable, and it was the best test drive I ever had.

F-150 transmission problem
I brought my 2011 F-150 in with a transmission problem, specifically a "bump" when shifting from 1st to 2nd. As always the staff was exceptionally helpful and very professional. The service was fast and completed within the time estimated. The only problem is that the problem is still there and doesn't appear to be getting better. They asked me to give it time and see if it improves which I am willing to do. Hopefully it will improve or I will have to come back.

One good apple doesn't unspoil the rest
Under this survey, the type of vehicle, service given and staff performance should be the questions. I have no idea where this survey is going. It is very vague at best. If you are looking for my overall experience, I will tell you. I am feel it was just OK at best. I started dealing with Steve Schmidt, who I really liked. I wound up dealing with someone else who I didn't like at all. She was OK but not really personable or friendly. I didn't get any sense that she cared one bit about how I felt. My impression was that the sale was all she was interested in. I came very, very close to walking out the door on several occasions. Any and every opportunity I tried to take advantage of to negotiate to get MY price on the table was rebuffed in no uncertain terms. I honestly felt I paid $1500 too much for my car. WIll I recommend my friends and family to go to Crossroads to do business? No WAY! Also, I really didn't like the finance person's attitude. During the sale process (no, it wasn't a purchase for me, it was a sale for you), I discussed trading in my vehicle. The trade offer was literally half of what I got selling the vehicle on my own. The finance person's attitude was that Crossroads had already taken possession of my vehicle. He gave the impression that I was driving HIS vehicle when I actually hadn't signed anything at all. He even said that I had to be careful driving HIS vehicle. Who does this guy think he is? He's an idiot who has no business dealing with people face to face at all, ever. If I were Crossroads, I would think twice about having him represent me. Initially, my experience was very good with Steve Schmidt. Overall, my experience with everyone else was really quite awful.

Excellent service
I pulled into the Service Dept unannounced and without an appointment. The Service person greeted me in a most professional manner. He assessed my problem and took my car in immediately. I waited 2 hours for them to replace 2 wheel bearings. That was not bad at all and they offered me coffee and nabs while I waited. Will definitely be back for all of my service. Wayne Singleton

Great Service
I needed a detail diagonstic of an oil leak problem that I have. There are issues that will need fixing. Rubin was very attentive, kept me informed and followed up with me. I had the opportunity to talk with the mechanic and he was very knowledgble and offered solutions with time exceptions. Old vehicles need TLC.
