Crossroads Ford Apex

The folks at Crossroad were very helpful and efficient at diagnosing and repairing the air conditioning system in our Ford T-bird. I waited in their customer area that had breakfast items available and business workstations to keep in contact with colleagues. We've always been pleased with the attention we are given, whether it be the service or sales staff at Crossroads.

Went in late in the afternoon not knowing what the problem was. They had it fixed by the next afternoon.

First, let me start by saying I could not have been more satisfied with my most recent experience at Crossroads Ford. I don't get to spend much time with my daughter, other than our time on the weekends, so I try to maximize my time at home with her when I can. I came in on a Saturday afternoon for a state inspection on my 2014 Ford Fusion. I called ahead to see what the wait time would be for my service, and the person I spoke to said it would be about 30 minutes. I drove over and noticed that most of the bays were empty, so my hopes for a quick service were raised. I had not brought that vehicle in for service previously, but I have taken my other vehicles there in the past. The man I spoke to was very polite and got my car into the service bay immediately. Less than 15 minutes later, my car was ready and I was on the road! Thank you to you and your staff for such prompt service! It made my weekend!
