Matt did a great job of keeping me informed of the repairs and explaining all that was done. I do not go anywhere else for repairs. Have also worked with Dana and other service writers and never had any problems from the time the vehicle is dropped off to pickup.

100K mile service

Not sure about the oil change. Think it was done, but did not get a new windshield reminder at first (got one after calling). Receipt was not clear to me. Warning about needing a oil change came up (and stayed) on dash after we got the car home.

Service and Recall

The staff was very nice. It took an hour and a half to get a ride from the courtesy shuttle. My main problem is when you have a recall, you have me bring in my car to see if I need the part. Then you want to order the part and have me come back. Please keep the parts on hand. It is a 40 mile round-trip to come to you. I should not have to do that twice on something you did not do right to begin with. Many thanks.

First Visit

The team was very helpful and accommodating. I had my 3 daughters with me so I found the children's play area well equipped (even though the batteries were dead on the WII). I really appreciated the mechanic who worked on my car coming out and talking to me about my car after the work had been done. He apologized that the work done did not fix the problem (although I think it did).

Service was done properly and in the time promised

Bought our Ford Fusion in Feb. 2011. Good professional sales staff. We Use Cross Roads Ford Service and service most of our vehicles for routine things at the Quick Lane. Super service there
