Great sales staff and large selection

Salesmen found the exact car we wanted and brought in to the dealership from out of state. We are very pleased with the vehicle and the service at the dealership.

Customer

Chris ..the service writer and Chris the technician were very attentive to our needs. Our new Fusion front door on the passenger side was rattling. We were cycled into the cue without hesitation. The rattling problem was diagnosed quickly and I was behind the wheel again in less than an hr! Job well done. PS I believe this is the second request that I received from your system and my second reply ... FYI.

Great Car Shopping and service experience

Ford Explorer purchased in October 2014. Preowned vehicle. Great experience in sales and service. I always recommend Crossroads to my friends and family when I hear they are car shopping.

Great services

My blower fan quit working, so I brought my 2012 F-150 ford in with no appointment. The service people were very helpful. they made repairs and i got the truck back before noon. The service guys explained to me what was wrong and they were very cordial and helpful. I would recommend any ford owner to have their vehicles serviced at Crossroads Ford.

Weekday Afternoons are the Quickesy QuickLane!

Great service in a timely manner that included a NC State Inspection. I recommend dropping by on the way home after work, they do not seem to be as busy and you are in and out much quicker than early morning or on Saturdays.
