Excellent service and well worth the drive!

We traveled 2.5 hours from the coast to purchase our new F150 XL. The staff were all very helpful and the vehicle was ready for test drive when we arrived. Even though there had been a mistake with the advertised online price, you worked with us to bring the price down very close to the advertised price. We appreciated all of Megan's help and have recommended Crossroads Ford to friends looking for a new vehicle. The service we received made it worth our time to drive such a long distance for a vehicle purchase. Thank You.

Outstanding Service

I brought my 2002 Ford Ranger in to get a Oil change. The person at the front desk was very polite and wrote down what I needed to have done to my truck. I dropped the truck off and when I returned about two hours later it was done and I paid my bill and left. Crossroads is the only place my wife and I use because we appreciate the quick service and the professionalism of the staff. We have told other about it and they have used it also in the past.

Great Services, Friendly Staff, Clean Facilities

I purchased a F-150 last December. I took it in for the first oil change and tire rotation yesterday. I took a coupon for both services and the counter guy told me the first service appt. was on Crossroads that I didn't have to pay for anything. I was very happy service and the savings.

Great customer service!

We leased a 2015 Edge on 31 Juy. After driving home we noticed several problems with the vehicle. We brought the vehicle back on 5 August and we were pleased with how quickly our repairs were made!

Repair

Mechanic was quickly able to determine source of thump in rear when turning. Repair was much more costly that I would have imagined but was well done.

The Very Good, and the Not So Good

My recent service at the Quick Lane was typical of my experience over several years -- very good. A few months ago, I purchased a new Ford Edge from Crossroads in Cary. My expectations were pretty high from my previous purchase experience a few years ago, but I was disappointed. The salesman was professional, attentive, really helpful. But it was SO SLOW, and the purchase process was actually insulting. They followed up and discussed my displeasure, then offered my wife a me a free dinner on them -- certainly not expected, but a nice gesture. THEN, they have never followed up. I don't really care about the dinner, but I am disappointed in this poor customer service.
