Outstanding service.

I've never used your service before. I was very pleased with the courtesy and thoroughness of the service. Charges were very reasonable.

Ford Escape Service

Service was great. Wait time of about an hour seemed a bit long for an oil change and tire rotation.

We are now a total Ford family

Two weeks ago we purchased a 2015 Fiesta Titanium after looking and test driving a few other competitive models. We fell in love with the car, it's features, the driving experience, styling, etc. The staff at Crossroads made the entire experience pleasurable. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful....from our salesperson, to the general manager, to the finance person and the reception staff and staff just walking around. We purchased a Fusion SEL in 2011 from another local dealer and had such a bad experience we would not consider returning to them. Crossroads was the complete opposite. We have already recommended them and given our salesman's card to a friend.

Ford Fusion 2015

Dubie was awesome! He was very helpful, polite and extremely personable. I've already recommended 3 friends to go to Crossroads and talk to him about their next car purchase. I was extremely pleased with the buying experience and I know my next purchase will for sure be a Ford.
