I had a great experience at this Ford dealer. Bob Longo is a wonderful sales person. I purchased a Fiesta ST from them, which was not a very common order, and had to sent the order to the factory to build. Bob helped me through the entire process from ordering the vehicle, to delivering the car to me. The whole process took a few months, but Bob was always there to help whenever I had any question or concern. Even after I had the car for a few weeks, he personally introduced me to the Ford service department and Quicklane service, where I have been visiting for the maintenance of my new vehicle--another service that I am very satisfied with. It was Bob who recommended the service to me and set it up for me. All I had to do was say yes. They have made purchasing and owning a new car such an amazing experience. I cannot wait to visit this dealer for another vehicle.

Favorable service experience
Service was quick and staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Waiting area was nicely set up with all the amenities necessary to make waiting as comfortable as possible.

I have a 2012 F150 Fx4 I am having a lot of trouble with front brakes.They warp in a heart beat. They are very temperamental with the way the tires lugs are torqued. You are starting to have a lot of trouble with your 2012 F150 customers and their brakes. You have to use a torque wrench to torque the lug nuts and not just use the air wrenches.Your people use air wrenched only. I have around 70,000 miles on my truck. I have replaced the rotors twice and had them turned once by you and the rotors came from your parts department. The last time your people did brake work on my truck the front right tire warped with in 5,000 miles.When i took the tire off three of the lugs were torqued to less than 100 lbs and they were side by side all the lugs should have been torqued to 150 Lbs. I am a retired Wake County shop teacher.

Everything Perfect
To start with the salesman was just great. He helped me understand all the different buttons and hocked my iPhone up for me. I'm kind of a cautious driver but he told me I should explore the sporty side in my car and the strong engine. It took me a while-like a few weeks- but when I finally pressed down on the peddles I loved it. Respectful people and everything went so smooth I didn't have to do a thing! Thank you
