2013 Ford Escape

I had the skid plate hanging down on one side of my Excape. It would make a noise when driving at times due to vibrations. I took my Escape back to the Quick Lane and they replace some of the holding bolts/screws at no cost. I was really glad the job was done quickly and done right. The techs at the Quick Lane usually do a great job. Thanks again.

Maintenance is always "Headache Free"!

As always, my service was excellent! I purchased a Maintenance Plan when I bought my Fiesta. Having that and taking my car to Crossroads Ford makes service very easy!

Focus Clutch Problems.

We are still waiting for the Clutch for my daughters Focus. It is ridiculous it takes over two months to get a part that makes this car a danger to drive when trying to merge into traffic. It should be parked and a loaner issued, until it is repaired!

Great customer service

Wow the purchase of this vehicle was very easy. I was surprised at just how quick the approval was. We are enjoying it daily.we've had no major problems concering it with the exception of the fabic in thr back seat riping apart ,but they are making an effort to get this issue resolved .Lastly but not the least to say Mrs Lisa E was a wonderful sale person to us....
