Great Service

Brought in my leased Ford Escape for a checkup due to the fact a technician noted some transmission fluid leaking during an oil change. I was greeted promptly with a smile, brought to a service manager, and filled out paperwork. I waited in the customer service area and surprising quickly the mechanic came and told me I was fixed and ready to go. He explained that sometimes bolts are not always tightened properly on the assembly line and that it was an uncommon but not unheard of error from certain factories due to mechanical problems. I signed off on paperwork and was driving off the lot in about an hour's time! Thank you I feel better that there wasn't something seriously wrong with my vehicle.

Good, as always

I came in for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. My visor was also repaired at no charge. Always good service.

Good Service Experience

I take my F-150 to Crossroads service because the people that work there do a good job, the prices are competitive, and the waiting area is very nice. I strongly recommend taking your Ford there vs. just using a generic service shop.

Speedy and Quality repairs.

The service writer was friendly and filed mail-in rebated for me, which was great. I was pleased he did not attempt to sell me unnecessary extras. The service was completed within 36 hours over the weekend, so I did not need to rent a car. My only warning is that the repairs were expensive ($1000+), but if time is more important of an issue, then I would recommend their service.

New car owner

I purchased a 2015 Escape. The car was not on the lot so I was told when it would be in and I took off work.The car was not there and no one could tell me a time when it would be in, but I received a call at 7:45PM that day telling me it was in. My wife and I arrived around 7:00 PM the next evening only to find the new car had not been cleaned properly, the inside had not been cleaned. The salesman helping us went and got some rags and started cleaning several places on the car. After waiting another day to pick up our vehicle, I feel it should have looked as nice as the ones in the showroom.I received a call several days later from a lady checking on our purchase. She said she would extent a free detail for us. We have heard nothing from Crossroads.I expected better from Crossroads, always under promise and over deliver. Thanks Michael Tharp
