I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus and my salesman Dubie was AWESOME!!!! I have purchased numerous vehicles before, but, this was my best experience!! I will definitely spread the word and will also be back in the future.

Quickly set up and performed the service without a lot of delay. However, it would be more helpful to coordinate recalls applicable to the VIN at the time of the routine maintenance where possible. I have been putting off all the recalls' service because of the lack of a part from Ford for the most important-looking recall for a control module. I do not want to "sit around" the shop for the lesser recalls, but getting them done with an oil change would not be such a big waste of my time as doing each type of service in separate visits.

Everytime I go, they are always very courteous. They are very prompt, professional, friendly, organized,thoughtful, preemptive. Overall always very satisfied.

Shop gets work done in a reasonable amount of time with very good quality work. Have bought parts myself and had sent to service dept. Performance parts such as a quick shifter and a Ford Racing exhaust for my '14 Fiesta ST. All work done perfectly.....

Expensive, but the repair was done right the first time and on time. Greatly appreciate the shuttle service.

I was waiting at the door when the service center opened up. Services performed were oil change and tire rotation. It was a very efficient check-in process. Comfortable waiting area. Service was completed more quickly than I expected. I was in an out so quickly that I actually got to work on time that morning, which I was not anticipating!
