Ford F150

I purchased a 2015 F150 4x4 4 door. The salesman was very helpful and listened to my concerns. During the transaction all involved were helpful and courteous.

Great service and facility

I purchased a Chevy Equinox and the service was great. I went in there with a set payment in mind and the staff was able to make it happen!

Great Service

I always bring my ford ranger in on Saturday morning. We don't live far from the facility and so we drop it off. It normally takes less than one hour to change the oil, do a complete inspection of the truck and then rotate the tires. It's quick and very professional by the whole staff and the people who work in the shop. I will continue to use your service in the future.

Mr. Robert Yelvington

We bought a Ford CMAX Energi and it is extraordinary in every way. I can't say anything but GOOD about it. I buy 12 gallons of gasoline every 6 weeks - It is giving us 100s of miles per gallon. We plug it in every night, and that provides us with enough "fuel to do our errands" Mr. Rooykauser, Our saleman, was fantasticly good. My spelling is a guess. But he is of Dutch decent. He is the best salesman, I have had in 60 years. He could sell ICE to Eskimos. The people in the finance dept. are very knowledgeable and helpful, they are almost unbelievable. But I am a believer. I was deeply impressed with the employee's expressions of Christian faith and their actions to back it up. I am so glad to have found such a deeply committed owner of a business in Cary. One can trust every person in Crossroads to do the honest and best thing for each customer. I like your service department. You provide WiFi, which I love. Thank you for everything. I LIKE CROSSROADS FORD and everybody in it. The best expression of your faith is that poor salesman that you employ, which I am sure no one else would in this day and time. This is putting your money where your mouth is. Good job! Someone (must be high up in the company) is doing an excellent job of showing how all can do their Christian duty. I saw it everywhere. What a fantastic person and leader he must be. It would not surprise me to hear that a minister was invited to attend all company picnics and other such events. Keep it up. I wish that I worked part time at Crossroads Ford. I do not think that Crossroads Ford will see any of my favorable comments, because most people do not like good things said about matters of faith.

Outstanding Sales and Service

I was in no way in the market to buy a vehicle and stopped by Cary Ford for the sweepstakes I received in the mail. Harold was so nice and informed me I hadn't won. He inquired about my expedition and before I knew it had me test driving a 2015 Edge. He was not pushy and atypical from any car salesman I have ever met. I have definitely talked him up to family and friends. I received a recall notice in the mail for my new Edge and the service dept.was so nice and accommodating. They let me know that my truck didn't have the problem but the back wheel was out of alignment. They scheduled me to come back and took care of it. I very impressed with Cary Ford.

Expensive Replacement of Dash Lighting

All of the LED lights in the dash are going out one at a time which should not happen. $1400 dollars to pull dash and replace. When we got the car back the lights in the radio were still out and said it would take another $400-$600 to fix so we declined. I look at these dash light issues as a Ford manufacturing and quality assurance issue which should not be happening on a car with 50,000 miles. I have never had this happen on any other car I have purchased or owned in the past and repair/replacement costs a fortune. I know this is not the Ford garage fault but the manufacturers and as such I have increased the rating above what I would normally give with main reason for downgrade being cost. If the lighting is defective and has to be repaired and replaced then it should be easy to replace and not cost a fortune. I have seen recalls on dash lighting in newer Fords which shows me that this was probably also an issue in older vehicles but not identified or recalled.
