Service experance

For quick service the team was polite and got me in and out in an expedited manner. When checking out it would be nice if the service check out person could check out your information was I there befor, do I have credit, etc. theses small things go along way. The question to ask how do we know when we got it . You know you got it right when the customer says how did they know I needed that and or wow thank you for applying that credit I did not know I had or alloying the special rate with out asking. First tune-up.

Just had our first maintenance (10k tune up on my 2013 C-Max Energi). Staff was great, in & out in an hour as they predicted. Had a leak in my windshield washer that had to be fixed at the warranty garage. The only complaint is this simple problem caused us to make an appointment on another day to get service for the fix. We live more than 20 miles from the dealer so it took an additional half day of our time and 40+ miles on my car for such a simple thing.

Chris worked hard to finds us what needed and wanted and close to our budget as much as possible. Great Services

My experience with Ford was great, they where helpful and friendly. They tried to fix the brakes squealed since the day I bought the car August 2014 it was good for a while but they recommended that I should go to the Jeep dealer and they gave me directions to get there.

Oil change

The oil change was done promptly. In addition, the associate installed the upgrade on the navigation system. I am pleased.
