2015 50 year Mustang. My experience was very good except for owners manual was missing and it took phone calls and over two weeks to get, basically didn't want to drive until knew all the information to operate. Other than that experience was good.

Great experience!

Always very happy with my service there. We moved in February 2014. That location is now 37 miles away, but I continue to go there because of how great the service is. Always timely, competitive pricing and friendly staff. Thank you!

Good Service, I would return and recommend.

I am happy with the service I received. Salesman Joseph Umana was very patient with me. He allowed me to take my time. I spent close to 8 hours at the dealership and 5 of those were walking around looking at vehicles. He allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles. I am a picky person that wanted to see the difference between driving a truck with a sun roof and without. He never questioned a thing and was very helpful. As far as my purchase, F-150 with the 2.7L V6 Ecoboast, I am very satisfied so far with the look, the ride, and the gadgets. I am a little disappointed in the fuel mileage. I am not getting anything close to what the EPA rated the truck for (18/20 avg/23). I consistently drive highway and I am only averaging 16.5-17 avg. I really hope this will improve over time.

Fast, thorough, courteous service

The no-appointment service center is very convenient for me at very reasonable prices. The service managers are very courteous and thorough discussing the work to be done to the vehicle. I use the computer terminals to access information on their hi-speed internet connections.

Quicklane Great, Survey no so much

Quicklane is an awesome service. However this survey is VERY ANNOYING. Forcing a customer to use at least 50 characters in a text box is probably the quickest way to lose a customer. Very inappropriate.

Great service

Staff was great, very helpful. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with beverages and snacks service was done as requested and faster than expected.

Service was excellent

Possible ideas regarding what was wrong with my vehicle were relayed to me until a solution was found. My vehicle was fixed correctly the first time. Everyone involved was very pleasant to deal with.

F-150 purchase

The sales manager Keith and sales person Lisa were most helpful and courteous during our buying experience. They provided good tips on specing out the right equipment and options for our 2015 Ford F-150. After delivery Lisa gave us a thorough introduction to the F-150 features. The Service department then gave us additional personalized training on the electronics.
