Usual good service

2013 Ford Escape. Regular service for oil and tire rotation. Walk in - very busy - vehicle service completed before time promised. Car was clean and good to go. Technician had cracked the windows open as well so it would not be like an oven inside. Jeff

Overall good service - no car washing service

Overall a good experience. I was able to get the lowest price guaranteed on my tires and the service was fairly quick. On the other hand, paying this much money and not getting my car cleaned inside and out is a total surprise to me. Why doesn't Crossroad Cary have a proper cash wash service for their customers? I didn't walk away feeling like I got well taken care of. I was told they don't "recommend" the car wash service because the brushes haven't been chanced since it was bought in 2001. What?! Really. Now that is embarrassing. Also, there seemed to be some grease (oil) around the rim of the tire. Looks very unattractive now. Not how it looked before.

Very nice service experience

It is always a pleasure to take my car in for service at the Quick Lane. Everyone is very friendly and seem genuinely concerned with making my visit as painless as possible. I brag about the quality of Ford service every chance I get. It is what keeps me buying Ford cars.

great service

The problem was an unusual drain on the battery. The dealer worked quickly to identify and correct a sensor and debris in front of the sensor to fix the issue.
