Show up at Kia for a recall at 10:45 for an appointment

Show up at Kia for a recall at 10:45 for an appointment at 11 o'clock. Pull into the service area gentleman takes my keys. Gives me a receipt put up card in front window of car... ask me time of my appointment and why I am there .... Tells me it will be two hours and informs me l can sit inside.....Had my two year old grandson with me....We walked around the whole place . Not one person asked me anything. After hour and half I go to this gentleman at a desk and ask if my car is done. He informs me I never came to him to check in. The gentleman is at a desk right at the door I came in. He never said a word to me. I was furious. I informed him that I walked right by you and you never said a word. He said it would be another 2 hours. Told him to give me my keys and I left. Yes I was angry I walked by this man numerous times and he never said one word. I bought my car here too

I scheduled 24k maintenance for my 2021 Seltos SX Turbo.

I scheduled 24k maintenance for my 2021 Seltos SX Turbo. According to manufacturer recommendations in the owner's manual, this includes a few specific services with a total costing about $300. After arriving at the dealership they proceeded to push me to pay for completely unnecessary extra services as part of "their" maintenance schedule (such as a coolant flush which is absurd at 24k miles, and wheel alignment when they had not so much as looked at the vehicle) for a whopping total of $1750. I'm sure they scam many people who have only limited car knowledge and trust them. After ensuring I got no unnecessary services, the simple oil change/filters replacement/tire rotation took two and a half hours (I had an appointment). When they returned the vehicle it smelled like cigarette smoke (I do not smoke), presumably from the technician that was working inside the car. Later, they called me and asked me to leave a five star review on Google (ha!). It goes without saying that I will not be returning. I had a completely different (positive) experience with a Kia dealership in Massachusetts by comparison.

Avoid buying a used car from this dealership.

Avoid buying a used car from this dealership. In 2014 I bought a used 2011 Sorento that had auto start installed. There was just a re-call for a malfunction in the car with regard to the auto start and they are saying I am responsible for the labor cost because the auto start, which added to the purchase price of the car, was an after market add on by the prior owner which I cannot confirm or deny. Might as well go to a standard used car lot they would treat you better.

Stay away from Kia of East Meadow, NY.

Stay away from Kia of East Meadow, NY. Went to test drive the KIA EV9- GTLine and they wanted $87,500 (cash price); almost $12K over sticker price. Told me it was market rate?! Laughable! When asked how many EV9 Sold; response only 1. Sticking with a car selling service...

Avoid Autoworld Kia at all costs. After buying a pre owned vehicle last December with 17,000 miles and only putting 3,000 miles on it since, since I mainly use it to just go to and from work (half hour commute btw) and a couple of local errands, I take it in for inspection today, and I'm told that I need new brakes and rotors costing me several 100 dollars in repairs from a mechanic my family has used for literally 3 generations that we know and trust. Aren't brakes and rotors somewhat important and something that is supposed to be checked before selling a car? Never going again. They just lost two customers

Wasteof time

I went to buy a 2018 kia sorrento I called the day before so they knew I was coming I could not test ride the car since the battery had died so instead of just switching from another car they chose to wait after about 3 hours of nothing but waiting he received the battery I still couldn't test drive the car now the salesman tells me he has to drive the car more than a hour to charge the system after a hour and a half he tells me they have to clean the car which should have been done now 5 hours later he says he has to inspect the car a hour later he comes out and says the car can't be inspected because it needs to be driven more so he hands me a old plate and says here drive the uninspected car and come back the next day also he tells me the car has no gas so I have to get gas after 7 hours and nothing I just walked out this is the most unprofessional place ever what I call a total cluster screw no one knew what they were doing cost me 70 dollars to travel for this car I would never ever advise anyone to deal with this place ur managerknew the situation and did nothing if i could rate you a zero i would
