Excellent Dealership

I requested an appointment via email and received confirmation by text message and email. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. I received the exact service I had requested and the price was explained with no surprise. I was offered coffee and a nice place to sit. My vehicle was cleaner than when I arrived and my seats and mirrors were exactly as I had them when I arrived for service.

New car

I came to order world Kia, Daniel Ingatdi greeted me at the door. He showed me the car that I came in thinking I wanted and gave me the car. I really wanted. He’s an excellent salesman. The service is beyond good I would highly recommend.

Terrible Service Department

I needed a new key made. After two hours of waiting, I still had not heard from the service department rep. After 3 hours I asked him what was going on. he looked at me as if he just remembered I was there. The service department manager was sitting right there and didn't move a muscle. Much earlier on the tech realized that the blank was the wrong part # but never informed the rep. Got the car back without the key after 3 hours and 40 minutes. Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Stay away.

Just another crooked dealer here.

Just another crooked dealer here. Dealership was empty, but had to wait 45 minutes after test driving car and agreeing on price before speaking with finance manager. I was told they were having trouble getting my credit score. Funny, when I applied for an auto loan the previous day through a different bank, I received a credit response in 15 seconds. Then, after doing a hard credit pull and offering me a ridiculously high finance rate with my excellent credit, finance manager Ray lied about other finance options that would not be available to me, even though I confirmed before visiting the dealership. Even with his inflated finance rates, the monthly payment was much higher than it should have been. I ran the math on my own and found that he somehow snuck in another $5000. I walked out of his office shortly after because I didn't believe a word that came out of his mouth. Just stay away. Very sneaky and dishonest.

I had an excellent experience!

I had an excellent experience! I had a few months left on my Cadillac lease and after visiting several other dealerships, I received the best offer by far from Autoworld Kia. Myron in particular was fantastic to deal with. He is calm and patient and extremely fair. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new car or to sell their current car. Five stars 100%

Go to KIA west islip instead!!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. If you need a KIA, go to the Kia dealership in West Islip. This place would not give me back my fully refundable deposit when I bought my kia elsewhere. The agent Roberto would not respond to my texts asking for it. The dealership told me they would call me back and never did. I had to drive there from suffolk on a saturday after only losing my husband to cancer 30 days earlier and had to demand it in person and they still did not give it to me. The general manager Ruben Rodgriguez promised me he would call on Monday or Tuesday (October 17th or 18th) when it was ready so I could come there and pick it up in person. I received no call from him today so I called asking the status and they told me they mailed the check instead so now I have to wait for it to come in the mail when that was NOT the arrangement Ruben promised me! Totally disrespectful.

I bought an extended protection policy and it turned out

I bought an extended protection policy and it turned out to be garbage.Had the vehicle for 2+ years & 8000 miles & paid $3000. & interest on it.Bring it in for repairs & nothing is covered.They told me it’s only covered for 10 years from the day it was manufactured not when I bought it.

Terrible experience

Bought a 2023 Kia Sportage great car .Was supposed to be 34k on sticker price was increased to 41k . Nothing was said or explained .Was told internet issues at signing then signing was done on ipad in parking lot.My wife had no idea what was happening due to excitement of buying car.The only thing explained was the payment.
