Go to KIA west islip instead!!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. If you need a KIA, go to the Kia dealership in West Islip. This place would not give me back my fully refundable deposit when I bought my kia elsewhere. The agent Roberto would not respond to my texts asking for it. The dealership told me they would call me back and never did. I had to drive there from suffolk on a saturday after only losing my husband to cancer 30 days earlier and had to demand it in person and they still did not give it to me. The general manager Ruben Rodgriguez promised me he would call on Monday or Tuesday (October 17th or 18th) when it was ready so I could come there and pick it up in person. I received no call from him today so I called asking the status and they told me they mailed the check instead so now I have to wait for it to come in the mail when that was NOT the arrangement Ruben promised me! Totally disrespectful.

I bought an extended protection policy and it turned out

I bought an extended protection policy and it turned out to be garbage.Had the vehicle for 2+ years & 8000 miles & paid $3000. & interest on it.Bring it in for repairs & nothing is covered.They told me it’s only covered for 10 years from the day it was manufactured not when I bought it.

Terrible experience

Bought a 2023 Kia Sportage great car .Was supposed to be 34k on sticker price was increased to 41k . Nothing was said or explained .Was told internet issues at signing then signing was done on ipad in parking lot.My wife had no idea what was happening due to excitement of buying car.The only thing explained was the payment.

The dealer that we worked with, Dan Ingardi, was beyond

The dealer that we worked with, Dan Ingardi, was beyond helpful. He listened to what we needed and helped us find just that. We felt that we were offered a great deal for an awesome car. Thank you Dan!!

I would not recommend this dealer what’s so ever.

I would not recommend this dealer what’s so ever. They don’t tell you about all the hidden package that they add on (5k) and if they told you about it, you would opt out. Also, had my father going in to be a co signer, which they did electronic signatures and once we left, they made him the primary in which they never informed us until I had to call up the bank to sign up for website to pay the loan. Great car, just xxxxty xxx dealer with employees who don’t give a xxxx about you.

this dealer is a scam.

this dealer is a scam. they will add charges to price of vehicle with out you knowing. they added a $5000 package that i was never told about . it gives you what the car comes with anyway. this was my sons first new car i helped him out with co signing i l later find out after the first payment they put the loan in my name with out telling me , i had signed a electronic pad which was a big mistake they will put your signature where they want . ive been in the car dealer business for 40 yrs. i have purchased many new vehicles. and when i went back to the dealer for them to explain they wanted no part of it had no answers for the $5000 bogus plan . its just amazing how people at this dealer will lie and scam you.

As promised this is my follow up from my previous review.

As promised this is my follow up from my previous review. Finally a month and a half after my purchase, the administrative office refunded the overcharges. The sales manager and the general manager Ruben and Hector were very helpful. However, this took way too long. My sales person Don was very friendly I have to say but unfortunately I’m not sure whether he knew about The charges that were snuck in to my retail agreement. I will recommend this dealership however, make sure you know exactly what you’re paying for. In other words, do the math on your finance agreement make sure everything is what your sales person told you the cost would be. I will say this, love my Kia Sportage!

Unexpected added fees when picking up new car. cat

went to pickup car tonight at auto world in Levittown he added $2000 more in fees after we signed on the dotted line and gave a deposit yesterday. We walked away

Scammers on the prowl

Be very wary when dealing in this dealership, they will hide cost and reverse numbers and will try and scam its customers. Happen to me twice, once in finance then when buying the car. My buy out price for the lease was 30k with taxes included, autowork decided to tax me again and hide a $599 charge in as well. Now my wife is fighting with them to get the money back. Last time I brought Arnold Diaz, I backed out the first time not to ruin their business but this time I will protest in front of their business and bring the news again.

Just bought a Forte from Autoworld Kia Great experience! Sales people were not pushy and I like that. I dealt with Myron and Daniel Ingardi who were just wonderful. Smooth sailing. Staff great right up to Kim at the front desk....TY not
