Avoid Autoworld Kia at all costs. After buying a pre owned vehicle last December with 17,000 miles and only putting 3,000 miles on it since, since I mainly use it to just go to and from work (half hour commute btw) and a couple of local errands, I take it in for inspection today, and I'm told that I need new brakes and rotors costing me several 100 dollars in repairs from a mechanic my family has used for literally 3 generations that we know and trust. Aren't brakes and rotors somewhat important and something that is supposed to be checked before selling a car? Never going again. They just lost two customers

Wasteof time

I went to buy a 2018 kia sorrento I called the day before so they knew I was coming I could not test ride the car since the battery had died so instead of just switching from another car they chose to wait after about 3 hours of nothing but waiting he received the battery I still couldn't test drive the car now the salesman tells me he has to drive the car more than a hour to charge the system after a hour and a half he tells me they have to clean the car which should have been done now 5 hours later he says he has to inspect the car a hour later he comes out and says the car can't be inspected because it needs to be driven more so he hands me a old plate and says here drive the uninspected car and come back the next day also he tells me the car has no gas so I have to get gas after 7 hours and nothing I just walked out this is the most unprofessional place ever what I call a total cluster screw no one knew what they were doing cost me 70 dollars to travel for this car I would never ever advise anyone to deal with this place ur managerknew the situation and did nothing if i could rate you a zero i would

RH: 8/17/2023 Auto world Kia is a good dealership, I had purchased 2021 Honda Pilot, Karla Pascual in particular was fantastic to deal with. She is professional, calm and patient and extremely fair. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for purchasing a car. The dealership honors their word, and free of hidden fees. Five stars 100%

Zee is the best

Zee the service rep went above and beyond. Professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I would ask for Zee everytime. Just a pleasure to deal with.

Very happy with my experience at Autoworld Kia Kia. Jeff was very helpful in getting my car back on the road. This was my first experience with them and will be returning in the future. I would highly recommend to others

very poor in customer service. Up to the sales they are great- behavior. once sales done then no one take responsibility and bounce you to person to person, and salesman also take handsoff saying i am just a middle man

Six months since our 2016 Sedona’s warrantied engine

Six months since our 2016 Sedona’s warrantied engine died. We provided multiple copies of supporting documents to show we maintained the car and that it was a defective engine. Only 50k miles. $8k in rentals because they didn’t have loaners supposedly. Corporate Kia has lied and ghosted us. We have multiple complaints into multiple agencies. If we had had our vehicle towed to Kia in Yonkers instead of AutoWorld we wouldn’t be living this nightmare.

We have been speaking with Jeff/Vinny since we had our vehicle towed there at the end of August. You have all of the supporting documentation. We need you to fix our Sedona’s engine…and anything else that might have gone wrong from sitting idle in your shop for 7 months…and reimburse our nearly $10k in car rentals immediately because you could not provide a loaner. The NYAG has opened a formal investigation into your shop and DMV is about to do the same. Enough already!!!! Our vehicle is u set warranty…,FIX IT!! PAY OUR EXPENSES!!! Nothing to talk about. Just FIX IT!!!!

I purchased a pre owned Kia Soul from Autoworld in 2019

I purchased a pre owned Kia Soul from Autoworld in 2019 and have consistently had nothing but a great experience with the service department and their fine professional staff. Jeff has always shown me nothing but courtesy and care whenever I bring in my car for maintenance or repair. Vinny in charge of the service department is a gentleman who always makes a point to come over and say hello. I am always updated on part orders as the parts department is top notch.
