AutoWorld Kia Service department is not only a pleasure to deal with but they are knowledgeable and take care of what is needed on our visit. They also explain everything to us. The dealership and the service department are always available to answer any concerns and questions. They go above and beyond. Look forward to continue to work with them.

Zero stars.

Zero stars. Daniel Ingari and Suarez lied to our faces, their parts departments admitted it, and and then Ingari and Suarez tried to cover it up and blame it on us. They gave us a car with a missing part and when we noticed and asked for it, the parts department revealed it was on back order and thus the dealership wasn't giving them out as the manual states they would. Their answer to my request that they pay for the part was that I "should have done my research and should get out now," as if I could have, via research, figured out that they would give me a car with a part missing.

Great experience. Nice people and pleasant time.

Hector, Rubin and Scott were very friendly and made purchasing a car a pleasant experience. Coinvent location with a bank and a diner right next door. Definitely recommend this dealership.

Great experience

Great place, clean, neat and well maintained. The service was excellent, Mario L. Was very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. He made buying my car, Niro hybrid, an easy and pleasant experience. Mario calmed my fears about hybrid cars and showed me all the features on my new Niro. The whole staff was very nice and welcoming finance guy helped a lot too, just a very pleasant day thank you

We have purchased new vehicles from this dealership in the past and haven't been disappointed. We just purchased a used 2016 Kia Sedona and again were quite pleased. Scott Yaeger kept his word to help us buy what we needed. He is polite, professional, knowledgeable and good sense of humor. He made the process very simple for us and we are happy with the results. We would gladly recommend this service and staff.

glad the car business is great that to will turn around

glad the car business is great that to will turn around again and the dealers who abuse customers will learn their lesson. stopped in to look to lease a 2022 kia. checked in at desk and was told a salesperson will be with you shortly/ waited 15 min while i looked around and saw many sales people on their personal phones clicking away. one stopped by me and asked if i was being helped. i said no . he kept on walking and never came back. after waiting a few minutes longer I left. owner of this dealership take note this is where it gets even worse. called the dealership and asked for sales manager was toil he is tied up and please leave a message. this was a saturday so i understand busy monday came and went and called to speak with the general manager of the dealership. he is not in today can he call you back. left my information again DEALER OWNER NOT ONE PERSON FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP BOTHERED TO CALL ME. the Honda dealer in Nassau county thanks you so much for my business. couldnt have done it without you. have another lease coming due and need another vehicle. i try and do business locally and i live 6 miles from your dealership. maybe i will stop by and see if anyone would like to help me . i will arrive in my new HONDA I'm in sales for a living and was appalled by the lack of customer service by your management team. I'm happy to send my team in there to learn how not to treat customers chip shortage to end next year real car salespeople will have to work again instead of just showing up
