This car has more problems than a burning house! I have never been so stressed. Electrical, motor and a/c are my biggest. I had the entire motor replaced after 6 months of my purchase. The a/c works when it wants and the electrical affects everything from the windows to the doors and even the trunk which hasn't opened in 2 days despite my efforts! I am beyond angry and fed up please warn your friends and family this is only the half of it!!!

This car has been a life saver. We desperately needed a reliable car to transport our daughter to have many doctors appointments and hospital stays over an hour away from us. It has definitely been a huge blessing even if we really couldn?t afford to start payments over but had to.

The car was immaculate. It looks like a brand new car. No scratches, on the exterior. The test drive went great, it was a lot of fun.

This vehicle is very roomy in the front and back (leg room and trunk space). I really like how it tells the mileage before the gas tank is empty. It's a smooth ride and looks sharp.

I have owned this car for one month and its already been back to service 2x. Once for the door not shutting which they had to change the lock and the 2nd time the coolant was low. No idea if they just didnt check it before they sold it or if there is a problem.

Work great for driving to and from work with all my equipment. Excellent for hauling my son and his friends around. Plenty of power as well.

very smooth ride, easy to handle, very agile! Extremely spacious!! Fun to drive and great gas mileage. Very affordable especially for the quality of the vehicle!

I have had too many problems with this car to list. Most annoying is the AC that has a leak than none of the ford techs can find so they just fill it up with coolant, church me 100 bucks and send me on my way. Ford Warranty won?t cover because they ?can?t identify the problem?. My warranty expires in two months. I?m sure they will have no problem finding the leak once it expires and they can charge me to replace it. I will never by another Ford again. Worst car ever!

I purchased this car brand new. Some people told me to stay away since it was the first year of a new design. Boy, were they wrong. It has been a great car this past 5 years. I've only had one small issue (the tail gate door sometimes likes to come back down a few inches once it's all the way up - Ford cannot seem to fix it. I've taken it in several times.) Other than that, it drives great, gets good gas mileage and is very comfortable. The white platinum exterior with the sandstone beige interior is so pretty.
