The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
John was great in making my purchase a bit easier. They promised to bring car to me in VA and get moonroof deflector installed and neither happened. But, they did pay for an Uber to bring me out to them. Ended up missing work :( and stuck in rush-hour traffic but love my car!
This is a dealership with professional business people. I was very pleasantly surprised. My entire car buying experience went very smoothly. I am very pleased that I chose this dealership to get my Outback . Both the General Manager Greg Lewis and the sales person James Richards were exceptional.

I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. She knew what she was doing, she knew what I was looking for and worked to get that vehicle for me. I would recommend her. She is very motivated and you can tell she loves her job.

I arrived very early for an 9:30 AM appointment and Mo Badi was there and ready for me. Passport had the auto in front lot for me to view, and Mo answered all of my questions. This loaner vehicle was never titled so it was a actually a new/used Mini Cooper with 8K miles and 2-years left on the warranty. They had the window sticker ready for me to review, and I asked for it specifically. No tricks and no illusions. We just haggled for a few minutes(you have to barter) and arrived at a deal we both felt good signing. Great experience, great people, and great coffee. It was a great early Christmas present to my wife.

Purchased a new Lincoln MKZ yesterday, the salesman, Narh Caternor was awesome. He explained the difference between three models of Lincolns, which helped me choice right one for me. I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.
My wife and I were in the market to replace our 2008 Town & Country with a newer model. We came across White Horse from a post on craigslist, they were advertising a 2013 Town & Country Touring L. I called first, spoke with Walleed for a few minutes then decided to do an online application. He called back about 20 minutes later saying we were approved, our down payment amount and documents we needed to bring.
We traveled from Virginia Beach to Warrenton, and we ended up getting cold feet and second guessing. Mind you its around 730pm and hes technically closed. So we already made it to Fredericksburg so we just got a hotel for the night and called Walleed and told him we were second guessing (this would be our first finance vehicle ever as we always pay cash for our cars). He listened to our concerns and I told him I would call him shortly.
We ended up going to check the vehicle out, and my wife was super happy with the vehicle during the test drive. It was no pressure at all. When we got back from the test drive we had all the paperwork completed in 30 minutes and drove away with our new vehicle with a 5 year, 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I will be back to purchase a car for myself in the spring.
We do not have any credit so a traditonal dealer wouldnt help us and their down payments were half the price of private sale price. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO GET APPROVED and will work with you. Trust me, he will work with you. Thanks so much man.
