Design Flaw and Engineering Failure
I purchased a 2020 Ford Escape Tttanium Hybrid 2 weeks ago and finally had a break in the weather to run it through the car wash, after exiting the car wash and pulling over to finish drying it and to vacumn it out I discovered a small trim piece on the right rear roof area was missing! Car wash manager was able to locate the part for me. This small trim piece is held on by nothing more than a small slotted rubber guide in front and a piece of velcro! Seriously....VELCRO! Part was ordered and am told it will take 2 weeks for it to arrive. Needless to say .....NOT HAPPY! Now everytime I go through a carwash I will have to worry if this part is going to blow off again! There is one of these trim pieces on each side of the rear roof area and near the liftgate hinge area. Tall about a serious design flaw and engineering failure!!

Excellent SUV. Smooth ride & confident braking
With a surprising amount of room inside and tons of bells and whistles, our fuel efficient AWD Titanium hybrid has a normal brake feel, and is refined and fun to drive. A decidedly different look for an SUV but it turns heads everywhere we go.

Very comfortable car to drive and sit in.
It drives smoothly, has great pick up and love all the features inside, heated seats and steering wheel, push button starting, dial shifting, etc. Like the navigation and back up screen.

Extremely happy with this vehicle
Love it! Drives and rides like a dream. Lots of bells and whistle‘s that make it a fun vehicle. This is my sixth Escape and each one gets better than the previous one.

Most Advanced Auto That We Have Owned
This car drives like a vehicle from the future. It is exactly what it is as it has been advertised. Its safety devices are incredible and its connectivity is extremely helpful. I am looking forward to learning all of its capabilities. We passed up year-end deals so that we could take advantage of the new developments. The wait was worth it!

This thing stinks!
This is a loaner vehicle while my 2017 is in the shop due to FordPass not responding. This thing drives really weird, it seems to be dragging forward while at the same time it feels like I’m being pulled backwards, no hatch button anywhere, touchscreen sticking up in the middle of pain Jane looking dash, the door panels look so cheap, and front of vehicle looks like a Porsche ☹️.
