2019 Ford Expedition consumer reviews

I purchased my wife's expedition 2019 4 months and 3,000 miles ago from a so-call reputable dealer in Houston (Bayway Cadillac). Since then I have replaced the Catalitic Converter, rear brakes and discs, rear shocks and struts and and the list goes on. Worse, I purchased warranty(Platinum) but they refuse to cover those items. This is my 5th and LAST Ford vehicle.

I have had eight Cadillac Escalades, and this is the best SUV I’ve ever had. Ford just has it together! I’m on to my 1st Navigator

Beautiful luxury SUV. The exterior and interior is awesome. It has all the bells and whistles you would ever want. The ride is smooth, and the gas mileage is best among the other luxury SUV. The V6 engine has all the power you need

Powerful and luxurious, I wish the navigator interior/seats was in the platinum. The massage is great but not vibrations only rollers, no hill driving mode which is weird, besides those items this thing is a rolling work of art, nice looking smooth, quick, comfortable and spacious. A lot pile of electrical goodies and tech too assist with daily driving needs. Honestly this and the navigator are the only real choice on the market. All else are underpowered and unreliable overpriced junk.

Be careful when ur buying Ford Expedition max , car has transmission problems, jerks at the speed 23 mph , jerks when applying breaks, overall car has transmission problems

Front shocks went out in 3000 miles. Maps are more than 5 years old when we purchased the car. Sends you everyway except the most direct only to find out your destination hasn't been there for more than 5 years. Gave it an address and it took me 22 miles out of the way almost didn't make my appointment. Standard setting for shifting is very sloppy, does not shift smoothly, pauses between gears upshifting and often bangs as the transmission downshifts when coming to a stop. Zero help from dealership on the maps! Didn't even clean up the oil from the shocks so it continued to drip all over the garage floor after the shocks were replaced until I could pressure wash the undercarriage. Holding my breath until the transmission stops working. Less than 10,000 miles on the car.

There is not one thing I can think of that this car needs, but doesn't have. From the power, heated seats and steering wheels, to 36 degree camera system, it is really something to behold.

Great family car. Love it. We can all fit in there. It can tow. Got a great deal. Have bought several vehicles here and will by more. Good selection.

This car has met all expectations. It drives so smooth and easy for my 3 kids to get in and out of. No one complains when I tell them to get in the car!
