Three f150's
This makes my third f150. I have had a 93 putting 200K miles on and a 03 236k. Each 4 wheel drive and just normal maintance for trucks of this milleage. Oil change every 5k miles, trans and radiator flush each 75k. Plan to replace front hubs at 100k and a exhuast manifold 150k to 200k. Both trucks sold with in two weeks of placing for sale. All three of my trucks I purchased new. The 2011 truck has more power with the new 5.0 engine and better milleage. Was going to purchase a used truck this time but pricing was to close to new! I expect the same service from my 2011 as my others.

ALMOST A YEAR W/ ECOBOOST FX4
I HAVE HAD A FEW OF THEESE TRUCKS. I STILL HAVE MY 05 FX4 5.4, AND HAD AN 09 FX4 5.4. I GOT THIS ONE FEBRUARY 11, DESPITE MY LOVE FOR THE LEGACY 5.4'S. I WAS EXCITED TO TRY THE ECOBOOST FROM ALL THE HYPE THEY RECV'D, AND LET ME TELL YOU, IT IS NOT HYPE. THIS ENGINE IS THE REAL DEAL. I TOW, VERY OFTEN, FROM HORSES, TO RACES CARS, TO THE FAMILIES BOAT. THIS TRUCK GETS WORKED, AND IT WORKS VERY WELL. HORSES THRU THE BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS? NO PROBLEM. YANKING THE BOAT UP A SLIPPERY LAUNCH? NO PROBLEM. CRUISING TO FLORIDA, AVERAGING 22.6 MPG TRAVELING 70 MPH W/ AC BLASTING? YEP, ECOBOOST DOES IT. I LOVE THIS TRUCK. SO FAR I HAVE ALMOST 30K MILES, NOT ONE HICCUP. I STILL HAVE MY 05 FX4, LIFTED IN CARE OF SKYJACKER. IT'S MY HUNTING/BACKWOODS/MUDDING TRUCK. IT HAS 145,000 TROUBLE FREE YET HARD MILES. I HOPE TO HAVE THE SAME LUCK WITH THIS ECOBOOST. I DO MISS THE V-8 RUMBLE, BUT THATS IT. IF YOU ARE SKEPTICAL ABOUT ECOBOOST, TAKE IT FROM ME, ITS AN ECOBEAST. GO FORD!! EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT THE TRUCK ROCKS. I GOT THE FX4 LUXURY GROUP. IT IS FANTASTIC. HANDLING, BRAKES, STEERING, TRANSMISSION PERFORMANCE, ALL STELLAR. I GAVE IT 4 STARS IN EXTERIOR BECAUSE I THINK THE RAM LOOKS COOLER, BUT I WORK AT A DODGE DEALER, AND THE REPAIR HISTORY ON THEESE NEWER RAMS LEAVE ME SKEPTICAL. MY FORDS NEVER LET ME DOWN, AND I ANTICIPATE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS ONE.

F150 LARIAT
I have wanted a bigger truck than my old Toyota Tacoma for years and was debating between this and the Tundra for quite a while. Both trucks look great, both trucks drive great and I don't tow very often so I wont comment on that. What sold me over on the F150 was the options that you can get with it. I live in Oklahoma and the Lariat with the Lariat Plus package is great. The remote start with the dual climate control is great because you set the temperature at 70 degrees and in the morning when it is cold it warms is up and in the afternoon when it is hot it cools it down before you even enter the vehicle. Also tons of room for both front and back seats for taller adults. Another big plus for me is the key pad that the Ford has as when you are home and don't have your keys on you you can still open the truck and put thing inside. The Sync system with Microsoft is also great, it syncs with both mine and my wife's phone and is very easy to use. It is funny how my wife prefers to drive my truck now instead of her luxury SUV.

Eco boost, 4x4 F150, Terrible fuel mileage
Terrible fuel economy problems with the new veh. FORD can't fix the probelm for me because the computer is not bringing up any codes. They tell me it;s too bad? I traded a 2004 F150 4x4, 5.4 V8 for this truck. Wish I had the old one back. I thought that I was upgrading . WRONG. They told me I could trade it in on a new vehicle if I wished(I suck up the loss in value if I am not happy) I've had the new truck for only 6mths. the new eco is even worse if I put any weight it in at all. I can't get up to the city mileage rating when driving on the Hwy at 90km/60mi/hr.

2011 F-150 Limited
I shopped for two months to decide on the right new truck for me. I settled on the Ford F-150 Limited with 4x4, moon roof, nav and every available option, including the tailgate step. My hesitation in buying the Limited was solely based on the 6.2 liter V8 being the only engine available and with gas prices high, it concerned me. As it turns out, the highway mileage is 18 mpg at 65 mph and 17mpg at 70 mph. 13.5 mpg around town. That was about the same mileage I got on my 2005 F-150 with a 5.4 liter v8. The limited is a true eye turner and as luxurious a high priced sedan. I have been stopped in many parking lots by people who just want to admire the thing, with its auto running boards, voice activation for the radio, nav, etc. The 22" wheels are beautiful and come standard on the Limited. The only extra it did not have was a bed liner, but I put one in myself, with minimal effort for about $380.

Best Looking truck out there
I purchased F-150 supercrew Lariat about 3 months ago. First time owning a truck, was a SUV person prior. The Ford was the best looking truck I saw and the Lariat package dresses it up even furthur. I have the 5.0 and getting around 19-20 highway and about 15-16 city. The back-up camera and the remote start are 2 of the best features. Very roomy inside, still plenty of room to go on vacation and carry all your stuff inside.

Great Ford Truck!
I traded in my 2009 F-150 Platinum on a 2011 Platinum mainly because I didn't like the black color of my 2009. Also because the Ford dealership gave me a very good deal! I didn't think there would be a lot of difference between the vehicles. I was wrong there. I was very happy with my 2009 model but the 2011 has a lot more power ( coyote V-8 ) and gets even better gas mileage. The interior is even nicer and has a few more creature comforts. My wife loves the truck so that is saying something! The vehicle is EXCELLENT for towing, I tow a 30 foot travel trailer or a 22 foot ski boat. You can hardly tell you are towing either item. GREAT truck and will buy another one next time!

Impressed by the Ecoboost!
Just purchased an F-150 4x4 lariat, 22.5 mpg on the highway and 18.5 in the city. Very satisfied with the interior design and over all quality of the truck.

34+ YEARS
Hi all this to me is the best pick up I could own. It has the power the technology as well as good looks. And it is built in America by the only company that needed no bail out. the diviersity of the power train choices is great and the set up options and aftersale choices for customization enormous. I have not regretted any truck I have on the road right now through my business.
