Previous honda owner. Chose hylander over pilot

Compared to pilot and xt5, gave a better ride. Cost more than pilot, but nicer interior, better styling. Last toyota owned was 30 years ago, been driving mostly hondas and a few gm’s since. Very impressed with the hylander. The quality and ride of their suv sold me.

2 oil changes & 5k miles, too new for "reliability

Too Much Technology! (See Owner's Manual) Great Eng 295hp, 8spd trans. Plenty of "hustle" and rock solid ride. It is a TOYOTA !!! We expect 200+K miles, like our last 4Runner 4.8L V8 (Lexus Engine). Car great; Dealer (Stokes, Beaufort, SC) dishonest and manipulative. Will NEVER darken the door of Stokes Toyota, Beaufort as long as I live!

Great car I enjoy driving.

I love the size of the interior for myself and passengers. Myself and all my passengers have enjoyed the spaciousness. The car handles the road great and the transmission feels great.

Best SUV

This is my first Toyota. I needed a bigger SUV with three rows for my family and it is fantastic. We have more then enough space for myself, wife and kids. Drives super smooth and look perfect. I love what we got.

My favorite SUV

I've owned a couple SUV from 1973 International Scout to 2001 Dodge Durango. The Highlander I just bought, with year end discounts cost me almost exactly what the Durango SLT cost almost two decades ago! I like the size, handling and interior layout. It gets 2x the gas mileage I got with the Durango!

2nd Highlander

Nicely equipped for the price and great size. Controls in the driver's seat are easy to use and pretty straight forward. I owned an earlier model year - 2002 and drove it for just over 13 years. Went to a GMC Acadia since I did not like the looks of the 2015 Highlander. The GMC was a disappointment and not as reliable. Went back to the Highlander in 2019 when the GMC was exhibiting a consistent electrical problem.

Loving my Lease

The Highlander has been a great driving experience. The third seat allowed us to take one vehicle to a family gathering. Adult passenger in back seat reported comfort and ample space. Driver reports that it drives like a cloud!!
