2019 Toyota Highlander consumer reviews

8 speed transmission has issues, when slowing down below 10 mph and the accelerating transmission jumps, lurches and hesitates. Toyota is aware of issue. Will be taking it in. They had a class action suit on the RAV4 8 speed transmissions with same issue. Would not buy one until they resolve issue.

My only complaint is the drivers side view mirror seems to be in my way making any kind of left turn. Very comfortable and plenty of room for two old people.

Even though I really wanted my car to have more tech, I am extremely happy with it. This is a beautiful truck that has enough space and is super comfortable.

I have owned the Highlander twice before. I just love them and have every hope this new one will be with me for years to come. Nice feeling.

Took the 2019 Highlander SE for a test drive. Cabin was quiet, met most of my wants except for a heated steering wheel and remote start. Seriously, with the winter weather Ohio experiences, one would think remote start would be an option. Took the weekend to think whether or not I will purchase the vehicle. I probably will and get an after market remote installed. I was quoted around $300, so not too bad. The interior is sharp and the sporty look of exterior pulls the Highlander together. The price is right for the safety features included, much more reasonable than other similar SUVs.

This is most luxurious SUV I ever bought it . It’s so smooth, comes all equipments I needed . My family loves this SUV .

The Highlander is the overall best SUV my wife and I have ever owned. The Highlander is very comfortable, reliable, and has all the bells and whistles you can have on a vehicle

This vehicle met all my needs, wants and then some. Great features like phone, iPad, etc charging. Love the automatic high beams. AWD is great. Lane departure and backup camera are more things to love about this vehicle. The separate temp controls for Driver/Passenger are great. Very roomy for first and second row seating. Also very comfortable seats all around.

The Highlander has met all our family needs. It has plenty leg room in the front and back. The safety features on this vehicle is great.
