Used 2018 Audi Q5 for Sale in Albany, NY

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

The car runs great and even the base model comes with more features than other luxury cars. It has great safety reviews and great family vehicle.

The 2016/2017 models were the bulk of my test driving. Ended up buying the 2016 Q5 2.0 Premium Plus with ~25k miles on it. Handled like a dream, technology package is great, and gets pretty good mileage. Certified Pre-Owned is the way to go as you can get original warranty as well as the comfort knowing that the car has undergone all of the relevant inspections. Overall great car with good price and resale value.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I moved to this area in September 2017, yet even though I didn't buy my Audi from Audi Albany, they have treated me very kindly, and given my car exceptional service. My most recent visit there in particular was a pleasure from start to finish: I can't imagine how their service could get any better.

Good so far. For a 4 cylinder it can generate a good bit of power when needed. My only complaint so far is that it has minimal storage. The console compartment is small and cannot be accessed unless the cup holder of cups is emptied!

I didn't buy my car here but have had every service done here since 2015. I'm not normally a "reviewer" but felt I had to let people know how great the Service folks are here. The best experience of any dealer I have had. Up front pricing, stick to schedule, they listen and are proactive too. Will definitely buy my next Audi here.

Quality car with amazing amount of technology. My insurance went down compared with a 2011 Buick! Quite economical too on gas. Recommend it for a family, safe transporting children.

Traveling through Albany, my oil light came on. I searched for Audi dealers and found Audi in Latham. The service tech walked right out to my car in the parking lot and topped me off for free. No wait, just a friendly quick fix!

Dealer personnel are courteous and helpful. The dealership offers a comfortable waiting area and several amenities. Dealer follows-up after service is performed to make sure everything is as expected.

Before I test drove and decided to get the Q5 I would see them on the road and thought what a great looking SUV. I also did my homework and studied up on them and compared to other SUV's that were similar. I have driven the Q5 for 3 weeks now and so far it has been great. I think the interior and exterior look great. The SUV handles well and has great power for a 4 cylinder @ 248 hp. My only complaint would be the infotainment system. I do not like the screen sitting on the dash like a flat screen TV, nor do I like having to use knobs to control everything. I wish everything was touchscreen like my Hyundai Tucson was. Seems some of the German manufacturers are behind the curve on infotainment technology.

My car needed recall work and repairs that were covered by my certified preponderance purchase coverage. I was given a loaner vehicle and they performed the work efficiently. My steering and instrument now work great!

Your team did great job diagnosing engine problem with car. A lot better service than AUdi Hyannis.

My wife brought her recently purchased 2014 Audi A4 to Audi Albany for an appraisal for trade-up to an untitled 2015 A3 TDI. It turns out the local VW dealer she bought the car from; a used car in exchange for her TDI Jetta buyback; overcharged her for the car, charged the highest interest rate, and a very overpriced warranty package. The car was worth $5000 dollars or more less than what she paid for it. The salesman Nick Rhoades spent all day Saturday working to ensure my wife drove out with a new car at a price she could afford. She ended up with less expensive warranty that covered more, plus Audi’s own extensive coverage. He patiently explained the whole process from beginning to end. I couldn’t recommend him enough. The dealership itself is a marvel. Brand new perfect construction, the customer service is like I’ve never seen. Everyone working there looked really happy to be there. I purchased a 2013 Audi Q7 TDi from Audi Albany. As the dealer is 200 miles away form my home, all of the interactions were done by phone and email. The sales rep, Dylan, was professional, courteous and responsive. I presented him with a challenging time line, as we were turning in an older VW Touareg TDi (to a different dealer) and needed the replacement vehicle. Dylan managed the purchase and funding process efficiently and effectively. He also arranged for delivery of the new car on the date needed and went (way) out of his way to ensure that it arrived on time. I would not hesitate to buy another Audi from Audi Albany.
