Used 2020 Ford Explorer for sale in Albany, NY

I was there for inspection for my car and the person who took care of my was very nice and friendly .

I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

Great vehicle, no problems after two years, will recommend to friends and family. Due to the shortage of workers the service department is terrible. Overall the vehicle is a 4.5 for me.

Best car for a long ride especially with multiple people. Quiet inside. Lovely interior and very comfortable. The power with the turbo is awesome but it does kick a little when engaging. Very nice looking vehicle. Sits up but not too high you have trouble getting into.

My husband and I were interested in a 2017 ford escape contacted Ford of Latham spoke with James in sales liked the vehicle but we’re informed it was sold! Upon our disappointment we spoke with Anthony Gallo sales manager he went above and beyond to get us in another Ford Escape! Which we ended up leasing a 2022 Ford Escape! Bought the Explorer about 18 months ago. So far we have put 20,000 miles on it. No problems at all. The 2.3 eco boost engine is plenty powerful and the gas mileage is exceptional. We usually get between 26 and 28 mpg. Love the factory tow package, the heated seats, the heated steering wheel (you don’t know what you are missing if you have never had it), & the Apple car play is great for navigation using our IPhones .

Nice to have refreshments as I wait, both free drinks and pay vending. The bill is detailed showing what was done and a rep personally discussed all items on bill with me as well as summarized overall status of the truck.

If you are looking for amazing customer service and a great deal at an affordable price you NEED to see Victoria McLaughlin, Will Thorpe, and Michelle Hamel at Metro Ford in Schenectady. Being a mid-20 year old I know the constant feeling of struggling for that next paycheck; I thought getting into a car would be nearly impossible. Michelle, Will, and Victoria made me feel comfortable and confidant with the multiple options that they gave me AND I drove off with a 2017 Ford Fusion! There was no feeling of pressure to sign or commit to anything, they worked with me with the budget I had, and give me honest prices! Had a problem with the touch pad. Service did test found repair bulletin from Ford dealing with problem. Service reprogrammed touchpad which corrected the problem. One happy satisfied customer!!!

took delivery of my 2018 CR-V on July 30th, on Aug 7th with less than 500 miles on it a large cargo truck decided to park in the same spot i had already been parked in, thus extensively damaging it. got in touch with Gerry B. the mgr @ Mohawk Collision Center, he took me thru the process, assuring that all would be good again. he then hooked me up with Nick F. who started the process, when i picked up the CR-V it was like i got my 2nd new car in a month." The Morris Ford service team is on top of their game and knows how to deliver on and exceed expectations. I came in for NYS inspection, oil change and to take off Winter tires and put on Summer radials which is fairly straightforward, but I needed a ride home so they made that happen. A lot of other dealerships that provide service got rid of that amenity like my ago, but Morris Ford differentiates itself by doing the right thing for their customers. Charlie Morris, Rob George, Ron, Dan and the team do a great job of listening and a better job of making the customer happy. Well done!

Wow what a great place to do business with. I leased a new F 150 from Marchese Ford, and my experience was fantastic. There were no high pressure sales games, which made it a pleasure. They found me a truck that met my needs and then some, and stayed within my budget. I would recommend them to anyone within a 100 mile radius !
